Shocking customer care
I’ve had good experiences staying at Outsite historically but recently have found locations to be deathly quiet, no other members around and so no benefit to actually staying at an Outsite. That’s a shame but meh - my recent experience, however is simply not ok.
I’m a lifetime member travelling with another lifetime member. Because of a medical emergency the trip can no longer go ahead. I’m exploring my options whilst trying to see if it’s possible to get my booking moved/future credit. I guess the agent got sick of my questions because she went ahead and cancelled my reservation without my confirmation or consent!
Beware the lack of customer care. I know I wont be using them going forwards with the same frequency and confidence.
