Incomplete order and no followUp
We have still not received our table top. It was never delivered and our fedex tracking number disappeared. We have two benches and no tip for our picnic table.

Hello,
I am sorry for the wait on your table top. We looked into it and found that FedEx kept returning the package rather than delivering it, which is why the tracking dropped off. We have tried this three different times.
That issue is now resolved, and we have arranged for a free replacement to be sent to you again. You will receive a new tracking number as soon as it ships so you can follow it the whole way. Once it arrives, you will have the tabletop to complete your set.
If anything else looks off when it gets there, please reply to our email and I will take care of it.

Good experience
The table we ordered arrived quickly and without ridiculous extra service fees for being delivered to a residential address. This was being used as a service project for a non-profit in combination with a memorial installation so that extra money was able to be spend on other needs. Table is very sturdy. Easy to put together. Should last a very long time.

Overall great experience
Great packaging, instructions, fit, and finish once assembled. I would recommend. Just as good as what you would see commercially or in a park. I do wish there was a bright red.

We were replacing 2 wooden old fashoned tables and benches in an over 55 association. No one wanted wood again. Sawyour add and, check you guys out and ordered. The product was great quality tables and we were extremely satisfied ordering blindly.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the mix-up with your order. You ordered the 4ft bench with backrest, but the version sent out was missing the backrest.
As soon as you let us know, we shipped out the correct bench right away (delivered via FedEx) and asked you to keep the original one at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
