DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They cancelled 3 times and gave lame excuses I’m still waiting for my refund after I asked for my money back . I then booked a clean with My construction who subcontractor to ovenu ( I didn’t know ) they booked for a clean today between 9 and 12 called to say an hour late and it’s now 225
They called me and told me my address was incorrect . They are liars and have no morals as a business . Customer support Tiffany Robbie Zoe all useless & they DO NOT CARE. Company should be struck off . Meanwhile I’m still waiting

After booking online, Peter Truesdale cane to clean our oven (first proper clean in 6 years). He did an extremely thorough job, and the oven looks brand new, the shelves and the tray have never been so clean either. I had forgotten you can see through the glass! Couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you

Had regular yearly visits from Andy at Ovenu Pinner. I received an email about one month ago informing me that my oven was due for cleaning and giving the number to call which was an answering service. I called twice, sent an email and a text. After 3 weeks i received a very childish text from him to say he had been "busy running about"!! But no offer to make an appointment. Needless to say i have gone elsewhere. This person is not giving your company a good reputation. Cynthia Freedman

James Bell came today to clean my oven and cooker hood and I am absolutely thrilled. I've had these cleaned before, but no one has ever made such an effort or done such a brilliant job. Both items are over 10 years old and look absolutely brand new now. The shine on both is amazing. I will request James next time my oven needs cleaning, because he is such a lovely and professional man. He loves his job, has been doing it for years, and knows everything there is to know about ovens and the like. Thank you James - you're an absolute star!

We have just used Ovenu Stonehaven. Ross Walker is a lovely guy and did a marvellous job on our oven. It looks like new. We'll definitely be using him again when the time comes.

Absolutely superb job by Colin from Ovenu Wirral.
We are so pleased with the result, it is as good as new for the oven, grill and microwave.
Colin was thorough and he cleaned up after too.

Rob arrived on time and was very professional. He cleaned our LeCanch range thoroughly. I hadn't had it professionally cleaned before but he brought it back to it's former glory.
I am now on his client based for him to clean it yearly.

Per other reviews, where it's clear damage has been caused but can't be proven, Ovenu and their agents refuse to accept any responsibility. Had the oven cleaned and was advised to heat the oven straight away to burn off residue. When the oven heated, the glass door shattered. Andrew took 6 days to respond, and then did nothing but deny he could be responsible. And refused to provide details of how Ovenu or his insurance cover could mediate our clear difference of opinion.
I'd expected some discussion because the glass was intact when he left. But it's the refusal to engage and being deliberately obstructive that means I won't be using again. And would advise others to think carefully

Phoned a week ago to book in an oven and hob clean, but am still waiting for someone to get back to me to confirm a date and time. Ive since tried twice to speak to someone!

Tom came out to clean our Range Master Oven and did an excellent job, although the appliance is getting old he still made it look and shine like a new pin. Tom is clearly very knowledgeable, passionate about his work; cannot fault the service from start to finish. Thank you very much Tom.

Omg! Just had my two ovens & hob cleaned by Kenny Griffiths & his colleague at OvenU, Liverpool, and it's absolutely spectacular! Looks brand new! Didn't realise it would look that good - such a proper, professional job. And both lovely lads, very respectful of property, etc. Everywhere is spotless. Highly recommend - and a good price, too!

If I could give more stars then I would. Nick Cummins has cleaned my everhot oven that now looks like it’s brand new. Nic is a lovely interesting and thorough oven cleaner. His attention to the smallest details make his Gold standard cleaning a cut above every other person and company

Barrie, who came from Winchester, was excellent, he arrived on time to clean my Neff double oven. Was very meticulous, took everything apart and cleaned all very thoroughly. my oven looked like new when he had finished. It took him just over 3 hours to complete it, would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Kenny and Lewis. They have done an excellent job cleaning our range master oven. Really professional and friendly and done the job quickly. Couldn’t ask for more!
