I have been working out with funk for about 2.5 years now and its changed my life. Excellent all-round programme, covering everything from exercise to sleep. Great commmunity and Funk is an inspiration. After trying so many fads and failing, this is the real deal.

Hands down the best home nutrition, excercise, mindset, accountability program out there. Funk has built a website program and system that is so extensive and diverse that you will never get bored doing workouts or working on your self betterment. Funk is truly the best.

There was actually no need to refund the 1$ trial, it was part of the deal you gave and I understood that part.

The reason why I got upset was that
Sarah Jane at customer support asked questions about why I am canceling the subscription.

Once I give my reasons and told them that I confirm that I want to cancel it, she stopped responding to emails.

...and as we solved this problem, I am fine with changing the negative review. I just think that your customer support staff doesn't do their job well. I've been following your YouTube workouts for over 7 years.

This is a crazy program consisting of motivations, nutrition plan info, workouts, physiological information. Impressive!

Came across Funk YouTube vids ....while we were in lockdown. Took the opportunity to focus on my self, what was noticeably was
your follow along workouts. What stood out was funks sound effects.... he was actually struggling ( 😃)well it came across ... hey this guy is real .. likeable..... empowering. So I grabbed a friend and we did his workouts for 5 weeks.
It wasn’t till I joined in June, were I was blown away with the amount of service you got with this subscription....., accountability, mindset, meal plan nutrition.... the brotherhood Facebook group was the sealer for me .... men all over the world aiming for the same ting. So upgraded to 12 months subscription.
It’s has been awakening for me .. seeing the changes to my body, eating right, being more aware of my health as we get older .
I was a non believer of all those before and after pic you see ... but with hard work and being consistent... with being guided. I truly appreciate Funks O40A programme does exactly what his says and is a tremendous program if your looking to improve yourself physically and mentally. #GID

Program easy to follow just make sure you do you eat right take the supplements I noticed with consistency this is working for me I need more.

This program is one of the best choices I've ever made! It's more than just a weight loss program, it's a brotherhood. It is more than just a diet and weight loss program, it teaches those of course, but it also teaches what being a man is really about and taking ownership over one's own life. Funk is someone who really cares about his brothers in the program and engages with many of us on a regular basis either through the Facebook group, emails or our weekly video/coaching calls. I personally lost 15 lbs in the first few months and have started to lean out, many of my friends, family and coworkers have noticed my lifestyle change and have made positive comments about how good I'm starting to look. I couldn't be more happy and give this program 2 thumbs up.

It’s alright. Good exercises and a lot of great info. Not very suitable for vegetarians, and the facebook group is mostly pictures of members who past pictures after their workouts or a plate of grilled chicken.

It would be nice if there were some kind of way to divided the group in different sections, food, workouts, questions, #askfunk etc.
