Ordered a pair of Uggs on 11/26 which…
Ordered a pair of Uggs on 11/26 which for a present which was paid for, in advance. Email confirmed order and within a couple of days noted "shipping label created". However, the order never shipped. Sent multiple emails to their customer service but most went unanswered. Received an email stating that because my order was placed before 12/9, it would be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Never arrived. Thankfully I paid for it on Paypal so I was able to stop payment.

Stay Away! Perhaps Illegal Transactions
Look, I've been tricked by this company before. Since then they changed their name and I got tricked again.
Stay away from them. They charge your credit card, email you with the order, then a few days later send you an email saying it's being shipped. When you don't receive the item, they say the item is backordered and they don't have a date to give you on when to expect your shipment.
I think what they do is illegal and this company should be shut down.
Another disputed claim from me and they will never get an order from me or you again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an order almost a year ago. They took my money and told me the item was on back order after advertising in stock and will ship 3-5 days. Stayed in touch until it was too late to do a charge back then stopped responding. They are crooks.

I placed an order 9/25/20 for a…
I placed an order 9/25/20 for a birthday mid October. Didn’t receive the product, when it said it was delivered it was the beginning of November and the package couldn’t be delivered because the address was wrong. They had automatically added Route package protection so they said a replacement or a refund would happen. That was 7 weeks ago and I can’t get help from either Route or Overhalfshare.
