If I could give in no stars I would! I never received my items! Once I told them to give me a refund they never got back to me! They are a rip off! Don’t buy off this site, they’re a scam!

Placed two order with them 4/4/20. Finally got the first one last Tuesday. Second one was hand sanitizer which showed up yesterday. Ordered a three pack and one came in a plastic bad which had been opened and was half gone for 39.99. They don't tell you the stuff is coming from China when you order it either. Will never use this company again! Filed complaints!

Scam company, ordered hand sanitizer in April, it was "sent" a month ago, but the tracking number is wrong. Probably the sanitizer will be delivered when the pandemic is over.

SCAM company!! I ordered hand sanitizers (order 46918) on March 24, 2020 and they immediately took $31.50 from my credit card.
The order ‘supposedly’ shipped on 4/16. The Chinese tracking destination says unknown.
When I contacted them in May, I said I wanted my money refunded. They said they would send a replacement or give me store credit ... what a joke. Who would EVER order anything from this company again?!
I have contacted the FTC and filed a formal complaint.

Ordered an item. Supposedly shipped 4/20/2020. Six weeks later no change in status. Says shipped from China. Appeared as stateside company. I think they are a scam and will never see product but deducted money immediately!

Products are shipped from CHINA! Who does that in the middle of a pandemic that is believed to have originated from CHINA??
Ordered 4/4/20. STILL have not received - almost 2 months.

Ordered product 4/9. Was given a Chinese tracking number on 4/12, the number was invalid. Contacted them & requested cancellation. They refused. Contacted Visa which refunded my purchase price. When dealing with scammers like these people, one's only recourse is to get a refund from your credit card. Worst ever.

This is the worst company. The masks I ordered took over a month to arrive and the string break even though I am very gentle with them, in fact, I barely touch them. Totally useless.
The hand sanitizers eventually arrived and there were only 2 bottles instead of three and most of it was spilled out in the envelope .Another useless product. I need a complete refund from this company. I have written to them so many times for a refund. And to send anything back, they have to send me a prepaid return label. They are a scam company. Do not waste your money.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY,,,ZERO STARS, KEEP READING THE REVIEWS, FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS, PRODUCT FROM CHINA, 8 WEEKS LATE AND THEY JUST GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT IS BAD, NO IDENTIFICATION ON THE PACKAGING. THE BOXES ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. DO NOT ORDER AT ANY PRICE. BAD, BAD, BAD........YOU CAN FIND BETTER PRODUCTS IN THE LANDFILL.

Are there negative stars. I ordered a large amount of “over priced “ supplies on March 9. This order has not been delivered and yet they showed it was delivered to another Tx city no where close to where I asked them to ship it. They have continued to give me all sorts of lies about shipping information. They now won’t respond to my request to a refund. 2 months later and still nothing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! I ORDERED MASKS/SANITIZER 4/10/20 & HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. I WAS GIVEN A USPS TRACKING # INDICATING IT WAS DELIVERED IN DUNBAR, WI ( over 1,000 mi. away). WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS BY EMAIL I WAS TOLD THAT INFO WAD A MISTAKE & I WOULD RECEIVE THE PROPER INFO & MY ORDER. IT IS NOW 5/19/20 & I HAVE RECEIVED NEITHER & NO FURTHER CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY. CALLED THEIR PHONE # IT GIVES A MSG THAT BECAUSE OF COVID-19 THEIR PHONE LINE IS DOWN! THIS IS A SCAM ! BEWARE!!!

I have been waiting over a month for my order. At first when I would contact them by email, someone would respond with 24 hours. Not it has been a week since I have received a response from anyone. I am highly disappointed and requested a refund but now no one will get back to me.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I ordered several items several months ago and they still have not been delivered. No one in customer service can be reached by email or phone. This company is a total fraud and a scam.

If I can give this a Zero I would. I ordered by product on april 28th. They promised I would get my order by may 2nd thru 7th. Here it is may 15 and still nothing not even a tracking #. I have emailed them 5x and no response except a stupid email saying be patient. My last email I told them I will call the better business office and make a complaint, the attorney general office. They are quick to take your payment but not hold up to thier obligations. It will be the last time I buy from them. I wish I would have looked other reviews because they have a huge amount of negative ones. I would not have ordered from them if it didnt state when I would receive it. I also attach that to my emails. Very unprofessional the way you handling your business obligations. POOR!

It's been over 3 weeks since I placed an order, I have no tracking number or phone number to this company. It's sad that you take advantage of people in these trying times by advertising products, taking their money and not sending products! Never again!

Total scam!!!! I placed an order for hand sanitizer and it said that it had shipped on April 12th. When I type in the tracking information, there is no tracking available. I contacted the company and, of course, have not heard anything back from them.

Placed an order > $150. in early April (hand sanitizer, masks). Site said all was in stock. Was supposed to receive by end of April. My account was charged. Finally one portion says it was delivered yesterday, but was not. USPS tracking indicates delivery address in state of IL. I live in NY. Other 2 items (one does not even have a tracking number to date) Looked like the products were coming from IL, but actually appears to be from overseas...Never would have ordered. Looks like i have been scammed for sure. How low can people be during this pandemic. All buyers......Please DO NOT deal with this company.

Been waiting for my $95 dollars of products for over a month n half now . No response from this company took my money quick out my debit card , but now no response

I have had the same experience as others. No order received. No response to numerous emails and the phone system is down. I would not trust them with an order ever again.

I ordered hand sanitizer more than a month ago and have not received it. I looked in the site's tracking system and there was no information about the status of the order. I called the toll free number and got a message that stated that the system was not accepting calls. Very disappointed.
