Overline were able to undercut our current suppliers quite considerably and provide a hassle free and efficient service. Lucy in particular was very helpful and answered any queries we had during the handover period and throughout our contract.
We will continue to use Overline as our need expands and will recommend them in the future.

I am really disappointed with Overline customer service. I have a contract where they have added other services which were not in my contract or have asked for! Apparently I received an email "advising you of the services applied to your account on installation which was back on 05/11/2020. You will also have been advised that you could opt-out of the services if you did not require them." Although I have complained about them adding these on before (and them being removed) they have said I have not put it in writing to these extra services which have been added without my permission. Instead of taking a view, they are being strong handed over £30. I do not get it. Is this really how you treat customers fairly and retain and gather recommendations? As customers can see I am usually generous with my reviews and not everyone is perfect and things go wrong. Its what a company does to put things right that is important. Maybe they can reflect and change. Its such a shame I am tied in to this company for another 4 years. I guess the relationship and trust is now broken?
Absolutely shocking. No invoices being sent, by email or post. Long standing customer treated so poorly. Got cut off without realising, went back to work only to find out they have cut me off. I called them to find out what was happening to then be told I hadn't payed my previous bill so they had cut me off and cancelled my contract. I was told I shouldn't rely on invoices and should have known I needed to pay.. Excuse me? How can I pay bill without receiving an invoice?.. Now they have passed to debt collectors for not paying 2 months (even though after calling them, they still hadn't sent these outstanding invoices over ). I had no contact for over 3 months until I then heard from this debt collector and now they are asking for a cancellation fee and more, so a £200 bill has turned into £500, when I didn't get the invoices in the first place or after having contact with them. Absolutely shocking service.
Would like to thank the people at Overline who went above and beyond for us. The installation and maintenance has been amazing, and they gave us a great price on packages for our office. Thank you!

We have been with Overline for years now, they have helped us stay on top of technology by keeping a close eye on our account with them. Started off just with the phones and now they do our IT and mobiles as well.

I've never known a phone system to have so many faults.
Time after time we come in to work to find our phone system down.
It's not only integral to our communication with customers but also our inter-branch communication.
Failure after failure to supply even the simplest requirement from them.
I would definitely avoid starting any new business with them and go with someone else.

Promised so much at the time of signing the contract - then delivered nothing. When we asked why the things we were promised were not included in the package we were told "I wasn't at that meeting so can't comment on what our sales manager told you". Too many service outages as well ... and when a problem develops on a Friday afternoon (as it did on 31st January 2020) they publicly said we will support our customers and then they did nothing over the weekend - leaving our customers unable to contact us and therefore causing us loss of business and loss of reputation. It happens far too often - time to take this matter to the Ombudsman.
