I reached out to ovrlnd because I was concerned some of my entries weren't counting. Not only did they double check and address it, but they got back to me in less than 12 hours! Very impressive customer service.

sweatshirts are good logos, i like the quality images. lots of merch corps cheap out on image, but OVRLND doesnt cut corners on cool designs

I'm collecting patches, and I like what Ovrlnd is putting out in the patch category. If they all fit on my pack, i may pick up one of every patch they have

This company seems to be relatively new so finding a lot of credible information is hard already, coupled with a lack of physical store-fronts makes their operation somewhat sketchy, but I can't find anything concrete on them being illigitimate. Their shop features very little outdoor equipment aside from shirts and a couple of blow-up couches--If you're expecting a full outdoor gear retailer, you'll be disappointed.

Their name is also a potential source of confusion. Searching for OVRLND will also surface OVRLND Campers (campovrlnd.com), a well-established Flagstaff, Arizona-based manufacturer of pop-top truck campers. The two are entirely unrelated companies, and some Google reviews appear to conflate them.

The various addresses (Delaware incorporation, New York PO Box, Utah operations) sound inconsistent but are somewhat explainable. Delaware is the most common state for U.S. business incorporation, the New York address belongs to their sweepstakes administrator, and Utah could be their operational home base for when they fly you up their to receive your sweep stakes prize.

OVRLND's About page does say trees are planted by "the OVRLND community" without always being explicit that it's in places like Kenya and Madagascar, which has led to some confusion that their reforestation efforts are being taken place in America.

While I have my reservations this shop/sweepstakes seems reputable enough and the charities they work with seem reasonably legitimate.

Also as of currently typing, reviews have been closed for the company on Google because of a suspicious number of positive reviews flooding in, so a Google review will have to come later.

I tend to be weary of internet giveaways but the process of entering was surprisingly simple and receiving responses from the team help with peace of mind.

Super fast and great customer support. I bought a membership towards entering their giveaway without checking the terms and conditions beforehand and reading it afterwords found out the giveaway was for USA residents only. I live in Canada so I sent in a request for a refund, waking up to an email saying the subscription was cancelled and my refund was on the way. Great customer service and fast support!
