Never received the purchased item.

Stay away. It's a SCAM! They might refund me 30% on an order that I received that wasn't even what I ordered. Here's the last email I sent their customer service. "I can't believe I'm only getting a 30% refund on something I didn't even order. Think about that for a minute. Does that make any sense? I'm tired of fighting for my deserved and owed refund. I assume this is how you stay in business. You take customers' money. Send them the wrong item and only give them a small % refund on the item they didn't even order. You bank on customers getting tired of the fight to get their money back and you profit off of the 70% you're not refunding on an item that wasn't what the customer ordered. What a scam! "

stay away from these scammers ......shoes take forever to arrive ....the size was way off ...sent me mens instead of womens and then the return is a nightmare

ended up keeping the shoes at a discount.....This was months ago...MY refund % has yet to hit my bank....Same bullshit form emails sent to me .....they are just the absolute pits

On May 9, 2025, I placed an order for merchandise I have yet to receive or for which I have yet to be refunded. I have been waiting for the refund since May 19th. Every time I reach out to them about the refund status, I am told another blatant lie. I have numerous email communications of them stating the refund had been processed, all of which aren't true. They've promised to follow-up with me after they "resarch" the problem, yet the only time I hear from them is when I reach out, only to be met with a new lie. This company, if you can call it that, is absolutely pathetic!! I wish I could give them a negative rating!!!

Came 20 days late, we needed to send them multiple emails and the Jordan’s are fake. The Jordan logo has an ass crack.

Worst company ever! I placed my order a month ago and still haven't received the shoes. Like others have commented - they seem to sit in one location FOREVER. They like to blame the shipping company/USPS, but I am not convinced it isn't their issue. So you buy dupes, and it takes 5-6 weeks to receive? Ridiculous! Def returning if and when I receive just because process has been horrendous!

Order of pair of shoes 6 weeks ago, they send me an email with order fulfillment but never got my order. I reached out by email and they said shipment is delayed in Texas. Tried to track my order but now it says the order has expired together with my account info. BIG SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE

Ease of navigation through website, type in what yur looking for in search engine & all options pop up more colors than what i thought were available, actually I'm getting ready to order another pair of shoes right now

Update- it has now been over a month since I ordered my Jordans and still nothing (moved from New York after over 15 days and has been in Texas about 14 days) I decided to file a dispute with PayPal who will hopefully get my money back. After continuously wondering how it could be at 2.5, reading their reviews they seem to be okay with their clothing/ Hawaiian shirt business since that’s the only thing keeping them from having 1 star. Please don’t order shoes from them especially on a platform like cash app because you will never get your money back. You will be disappointed after waiting for over a month and then having to go through the process of disputing the transaction! I’m glad I decided to pay through PayPal which offers to give you a refund before the dispute is over to cover your potential loss!

They are fully legit. Answered all emails and address all my concerns regarding the purchase. Shoes on point. Love them.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter’s graduation in May 9th and it is NOW THE 28th!!! It has been sitting in Texas for over 5 days and the tracking has not changed. Then I got an email asking how satisfied I am with my order. Again never received them and honestly I don’t think I will. They keep sending the same email apologizing and now they won’t refund my money because the shipping is delayed! I believe this place is a scam and I will not shop here again. Going through my bank to get my refund back and I will report this company!

I never got my order it’s been 1 month since I ordered it and also I never got a refund and they say it’s not lost and is on the way they will scam you for you money.

I wish I had looked at reviews first. I had planned to buy more shoes but I didn't know it would take so long. 🙃 seems to be just sitting to get shipped..

I ordered some shoes and accidentally selected the wrong color. They refused to refund or exchange for the right color; they would only offer me 50% off if I wanted to purchase the right color in addition to the wrong color. Yes, this is their policy, so this review is to warn everyone about how bad of a business partner they are. This is like buy one, get one 50% off… nothing but a sales gimmick to make another sale. Now I have to sell shoes I don’t want on eBay, but I’d rather buy the right color at full price than give these people another dollar despite their 50% discount.

I requested a cancellation within 12 hours of my purchase but owl matrix did not accept the email so now I am over the 24 hours. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

I bought a pair of jordans from there still haven't received them I talk to customer service and they said it was a complication with delivery and suppose to give me a refund it's now been 2 weeks no shoes or refund.

Beware!! Ordered a size for my son and received a different size. Will not offer an exchange. To be honest sneakers look as they are FAKE!

Sneakers are nice, but I was sent the wrong size. I wanted a size 4 for a 10 year old, but you sent a 5 1/2.
