STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT
If I could give this company -5 I would. They took my money for a new mattress, then instead of 7 days delivery it became three weeks on the 'track my order' page. Now, I have no orders showing anywhere and the transaction has disappeared from my bank account. What an utter waste of time, selling things they don't have in stock and taking your money in the meantime. Customer service takes 3 days to reply to an email.
DON'T USE THIS RIP OFF COMPNY.

Deliveries
I have always had issues with deliveries from Oxendales. I stopped ordering as Fastway would say parcels were delivered but I never received it and after constant back and forth with emails Oxendales finally issued a credit. I started using them again as they are now using GLS courier service and seriously they are not much better. I can order from Dunnes, Next and receive my order within 3 days. Oxendales orders take 7-10 working days and your order might not arrive at all. Very annoying, plus no matter how much you spend you are charged for delivery. Just looking at all the complaints here about deliveries, disgusting and unacceptable. My days of shopping with Oxendales are done. You can't run a business like this. Change your couriers to DPD or An Post.

I ordered two christmas gifts on the…
I ordered two christmas gifts on the 13th of december, the estimated delivery was 23rd-29th of december. I didn't mind it arriving after Christmas because I had other stuff to give in the mean time. The first item arrived the 29th and on the 3rd of January I got an email to say the second item would be delivered. I then got an email to say that it had been delivered around 12 pm but no one had come to my house, i asked my neighbour and checked my bins, nothing. I contacted oxendales after 3 days incase it arrived and they told me they would follow up with gls. It's now the 15th and I have heard absolutely nothing. The item was €67 which to me is a lot, not to mention my mothers missing a gift.
*UPDATE*
Customer contacted me and offered a refund and replacement. The boots have arrived today and my mam is delighted with them.

Because despite ordering back in November. I still don't have my full order which I paid for. In 5 weeks they couldn't send chairs 15 minutes away. Utterly incompetent.

A month waiting for shipping and then broke
I ordered a throw on 20 November and a month later there is still no sign of delivery. Customer care told me the parcel was on the way when I followed up in early December, but when I received tracking details, it showed that the parcel had not even been handed to the courier until 12 December by the supplier.
The product page originally stated delivery would be around four working days, with only “a little longer” for supplier deliveries (which is now stated on the site as 8 working days). Sadly their chosen courier is also GLS which has made the situation worse, marking the parcel as “out for delivery” for two days in a row with no delivery attempt and no response from their customer care either.
I totally understand staff are under a lot of pressure at this time of year, but it genuinely felt as though my messages weren’t being properly read, with responses referencing items I hadn’t ordered and no one checking the tracking details before replying to flag the supplier delay.
While Oxendales did refund the delivery charge, waiting over a month with minimal follow-up or accurate communication from customer care, especially after purposely ordering far ahead for Christmas, is incredibly frustrating.
Update: While the team have responded here, I have no update to my email from the 21 Dec
Update Feb 26: The item broke within a month. Am now in the process of sending back to Oxendales, customer service team offer no updates as to when my order will be refunded.

Still no parcel - useless even on Trust Pilot
Update 20th December STILL WAITING 😡 Update 18th December- still nothing despite Oxendales telling me once again goods were shipped. Update 15 Dec - once again, Oxendales requesting same information over and over from me and promising prompt delivery but nothing happens. Oxendales responses on Trust Pilot are a complete joke.
Oxendales keep telling me my parcel is on its way and keep changing deadlines for receiving parcel. Going to do charge back on credit card. Never again.

Delivery partner GLS makes Oxendales impossible to use
Jade handled my call and was a wonderful person to work with. Jade was very supportive and understanding and assured me she would pass on my experience to the relevant department. I have no issue with the length of time to wait for my order as it is despatched from their supplier. My issues are with the total disregard GLS has shown with my parcels. On some of the deliveries an email was sent to say the parcel was out for delivery today. On no occasion was the parcel delivered on that day. Each parcel was dumped on or near my laneway. Im aware they are not responsible for the weather but a simple call or text message to say they are here would have avoided my bedlinen being left in a storm on a muddy lane. DPD and An Post, FedEx and anyone else who delivers here manages to alert us they are here and always deliver to our door. Going forward it does not make sense for me to continue to shop with Oxendales. If the delivery partner changes in the future I will gladly shop with Oxendales again. Thank you Jade for your help you are just lovely.

I want to give zero stars… worst company ever. Ordered item in Black Friday sale. Big ticket item. Heard nothing else - no further contact until I emailed them, they said casually oh it must have gone missing. That answer is just not good enough! I have to go out and buy another TV now for my daughter’s Christmas present. They really are an incompetent lot and couldn’t care less
