Farah is the most amazing sales agent I’ve ever encountered in 45 yyears of retail clothing shopping, not only is nothing beyond her ability to meet needs, she clearly gains motivation from maximising the adventures of any customer walking in the door of the metro centre store. To top it all off Farah never forgets her customer, her attentiveness extends well beyond the sale experience, her recall and familiarity with her customers extends across multiple visits and ensures returning customers. A valuable asset to Oxford.

Always the quality of products and the occasional sales :-) but the friendly service of you staff is always the same “ amazing “ especially last night at Sydney T3 store. A lady named Nit ( spelling unsure ) went above and beyond explaining product and was a great ambassador for your label. Thank you.

Prices good but service impolite. Could have been so much more helpful considering store not busy.

One of the sales person was a trainee who did not know what she was doing and spoke basic English. As we are press for time in between flights in the rush hour this can’t happen But the guy who knew everything was just busy helping others snd assisting her

A loyal customer, still ordering whereas I moved back overseas. My parcel either got lost or stolen, I emailed them several times and never got a reply. Very nice!!

The Manager, Svetlana, and her assistant were outstanding and couldn’t do enough to help me to choose a beautiful velvet suit in the right colour and size and also a beautiful knit dress.
Everyone that came into the store while I was there was greeted enthusiastically and helped in the same way that I was.
They knew their stock and took the time to get to know their customers, and the transaction was pleasant and positive!
