Skip was to be collected on Monday it is now wednesday and still not collected. I rang yesterday and no answer just leave a message nobody to talk to. Very poor communication.

The builders skip was delivered and…
The builders skip was delivered and placed as requested. The office called to work out the delivery options - reversing in to my place is best as I'm in a cul-de-sac.
Collection was a day after the specified day, but i got a phone call to give me notice. All in all a great service.

Very easy to order and quick delivery
Very easy to order and quick delivery. Cheapest prices. Says on website 3 day hire only but delivery docket says max 7 days!! I sent email request twice for pick up no answer. I rang the number on my invoice got rude customer service answer. Rand Dublin number many times could not get through. I eventually went to online chat and the skip was picked up same day.

The skip was to be collected on 13th…
The skip was to be collected on 13th June, it is in my driveway on 16th June. I telephoned Oxigen on Wednesday and was told the skip would be collected on Thursday, the skip is still in my driveway. Oxigen should compensate me for a driveway parking fee of 50euro per day since Saturday 14th June 2023 until the skip is collected.

The delivery and agreed rate were…
The delivery and agreed rate were seamless, with zero issues — very satisfied with that aspect of the service. However, arranging the skip collection was quite difficult. It was booked for delivery on Thursday and collection on Friday, but no one arrived for the collection.
I called on Monday and was assured I’d be a priority, though I was told it would depend on a cancellation. Still, no one came or contacted me with an update. I followed up again on Wednesday and was told they would need someone to agree to take on an extra job, as no schedule had been allocated for the collection.
Overall, while the delivery process was efficient, the lack of communication and delays in the collection were frustrating and need improvement.

I ordered a skip in Tullamore and both the guy at the end of the phone and the driver that delivered and collected the skip were very polite and curtious at all times. Skip price was very competitive and I'll not be using any other company in the future.

Skip was supposed to be collected 2 days back, but still no one has came
to collect the skip.
This has created inconvenience for myself and the neighbours.
