Easy to order. Bit of a problem with the time of delivery. But in the end it worked out. Best price available.

"Okay" experience.

I hired a skip online late one Friday, to arrive the Tuesday afterwards. I got online confirmation of the payment receipt.
No clarification on when it would be delivered on Tuesday.
I had to ring them up at 11am on Tuesday to find out when it would be delivered.
It arrived at 2pm. The trades people doing work in my house had started work at 7:30am.

While the terms of rental said up to 5 days it wasn't clear if that included weekends.
I was finished with the skip the next Monday and emailed oxygen around midday it was ready for collection. They collected it at 9:30pm that night.

Service was okay, but relatively poor communication about when the skip will the delivered and collected.
These days, modern companies would text on the day or the day before to say your skip will be delivered between the following hours.

It was very straight forward process of ordering online. We filled the skip in one day and didn't need it sitting on our driveway for any longer. We called the customer service and arranged for the skip ti be collected on the following day. Very professional service. 5 stars.

Easy to order, no fuss with the delivery and recovery. The delivery driver was friendly and efficient.

Ordered a skip Monday to be delivered today the Friday , rang today at 3.25pm to query what time the skip would be arriving, she told me she couldn’t give me a time but I was on the evening route. I said brilliant what time do they deliver the skips till , she told me 10pm it’s not after 10pm no skip , no number to ring over the weekend and rubbish sitting waiting to go into the skip. Completely unreliable! My booking didn’t slip through the cracks the lady confirmed my address only by my name! Full of lies joke of a company don’t waste your time ordering a skip from these crooks , quick to take your money and can’t provide the service!!!

After receiving confirmation on line for a skip hire, received a call the next day to say there was no skip available. After extremely poor customer service got reconfirmed.
Ordered skip for early morning was delivered at 2.15 pm. Skip was not picked up on the day which it should have been. Had further bother with this. Honestly hard to even give this 1 star.

Just wanted to commend a staff member I had the pleasure of meeting the other morning...
as I was pulling bin back in after pick up I said good morning to which I received a friendly hello and interaction about my day....just so nice...a lovely start to anyone's day! Prompt, efficient, friendly service

Oxigen contacted me very quickly after this and sent someone out to fix the damaged pillars, very happy with how fast and easily the problem was resolved. I can't recommend Oxigen highly enough. Very happy customer and will be back. 5+ Stars from me.

Service was quick and efficient. I asked for skip to be collected a day earlier than I had planned.they were very good at accommodating me.really appreciated that.price was a little high though.

The bin was delivered very late. As I was out the could not be placed within my property. Also I ordered bin from Friday to Monday, however bin was not collected until Friday. This resulted in bin being tampered with.

Great service, reasonable price. Delivery and collection was great, I was asked the best location for it to be placed as well as being advised where to place it. 2nd time I used this service, and if needed again, I'm definitely coming back

Good company to deal with

I paid for the skip online, when it didnt arrive on the day I had to call. I was told there were issues with your payments for a lot of prople. When i made payment online, I did not get any error messages. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful qnd she sorted my issue quickly. We were a day late getting the skip but turnwd out ok in the end.

Straight forward. Skip delivered in the morning, lady called day before collection to make sure is ready. Very happy with service.
