Brilliant
Ordered the aluminum top 3m concertina table. Fantastic service from start to finish. I called early in the morning and they missed my call, I was going to call back later but to my amazement they called me back out of the blue five minutes later to assist me.
Prompt dispatch, quick delivery and a great product. Much better than all their competitors and I've used most of them.

Top class professional service!
OK so I invest and make a purchase in a commercial spec 3m x 4.5m pop up delivered and I spot a problem. Damaged cardboard that raised alarm bells and true enough a large ding in one of the aluminium legs that prevented correct assembly and pin fitment. Reasonable thing to do phone Oxnorth and discuss. Polite & courteous and I'm sent a phone number to send on photos. Problem confirmed and discussed with technical department and I have corrective actions in place within an hour of initial contact. Well pleased with this level of service, in fact I am delighted. No hold up with my festival plans. I can work away based off advice given while a replacement leg is readied and sent on. Top marks Oxnorth. I'm delighted to write this review and send on. Thank you very much Steven & Ronan for sorting this issue out. Quality product, quality customer care.

Quality appears good
Quality appears good . Gazebo arrived following week. But the heater arrived separately x2 weeks later.
Better honest communication explaining the delay in receiving the heater was due to the shop not posting it would have saved a lot of worry.
However, as a whole, I am happy.
