I have purchased their VICIdial server in which they have installed free VICIBox OS. I am liking the service so far. They have best server plans in affordable price with whatsapp support.

Very good uptime and service. Good price. Whatsapp support is really appreciated. I see some MT4 users complain, they must be using low spec shared servers - which are not suitable for active market trading activities, they must choose dedicated server.

Beware of this hopeless servers which can restart many time.

We have incurred huge loss because of these faulty servers by Oxtrys, informed them about the issue, they requested to ignore it and assured that it will not happen again, but it happened second time and at this time we really faced big loss, we were running MT4 for just account.

We are planning to take legal action on Oxtrys, if anyone here had faced similar issue with them, please write to us, we will include your case in our complaint too.

We have evidence of all our communication with these people and the loss / issue faced by us because of the server restart.

It is very surprising to see such a hopeless server provider openly advertising and getting clients - at least for few months, which seems their model of Business.

These people are extremely rude with their clients after they get their payment, very pathetic experience with Oxtrys.

It says they provide money-guarantee in specific days.
However, they do not answer you if you request for a refund and at the moment I am solving this issue
through the paypal dispute center.
Actually the use experience was not bad, and I was
planning for next month subscription.
But I can't trust this service anymore even it offers
competitive cost to the competitors.
In conclusion, I won't use it and I do not recommend
for people who usually make a payment without third parties. As this service provide very poor customer
support you should be ready for this situation and must make a payment through third parties.

Highly not recommended. Very bad experience. I buyed VPS as trial after paying 100 INR. After that almost zero support i.e. no phone call pick up no reply to whatsapp support. I got call from him & told that they only sell VPS but does not give any kind help . I understand that it's unmanaged VPS ( though it's nowhere mentioned on website ) but still many other sellets helps their clients. It's just like not buy & forget, it's pay & forget . If you ask something he use rude language.

Their customer support is amazing and very helpful.

My VPS concerns were duly answered by the staff. I went with their ws800 plan which took care of business website. And soon switched to ws1600 for better configuration. My overall experience so far is great. Expecting the same in the future as well.
