A recent purchase of some saliva RAT tests was made very easy by one of OZMedicals well trained staff, many thanks Lisa. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Covid 19 test sold and it had already expired 2 months ago. A piece of paper saying shelf life was extended by the Chinese manufacturer so it’s okay to use.

I am a ‘small-time’ user of COVID-19 rapid antigen tests; specifically, very high (>95%) sensitivity tests as noted by the TGA. Two recent purchases of the 'Touch SARS-CoV-2 & Flu A/B antigen' from Oz Medical were easy to use and provided a simultaneous COVID and Flu check. The Oz Medical internet site and order process is clear and easy to use. Delivery of ordered items to a private address by Australia post was exceptionally prompt. Excellent service.

Have ordered multiple times since early 2021. Sure early 2022 saw some delays, but other than January 2022, our ordering is seamless.

My original order for RAT tests did take some time but I believe it was when Victoria was in very short supply. I was told of the reason for delay when I followed up the order. I have since ordered more saliva RAT with no delays in receiving. The price is good so I will purchase here again should we meed more.

I ordered the RAT (5 tests) saliva knowing it was on special two for the price of one. But sadly received only one pack. So I emailed them about this and two days later got a call from customer service explaining it was meant for 2 tests special. She offered me to send another one and but it came with 2 tests instead of 5 tests. Next time I have to be careful before ordering again.

I won't use Oz Medical again.
After numerous delivery promises and many weeks for supposedly "in stock" items I contacted PaySmart and received an instant refund.
My order was processed 9th January 2022 and was resolved by PayPal in 9th March 2022.

UPDATE : on19th July 2022 OzMedical posted me a free packet of RATS together with an apology note for their poor service.

We ordered 24 Public Use Rapid Pen Tests on 6/1/22 listed as “in stock” at a cost of $299
After multiple follow ups we finally received them months later only to find out whilst the pen idea is great for kids, it didn’t seem to detect actual Covid. We are hoping to try the pen nasal model listed as “more sensitive” as the pen is a good idea for kids, but pretty burned on $300 of rats. Upon telling our story, Lisa had sent us out a one pack $39 high sensitivity normal cotton bud up your nose version. That seems to work ok like every other one of that type. Really hoping though that the pen up the nose one actually detects live Covid as we head into another wave. Disappointed no reasonable exchange offered for the $300 of rats sitting on the shelf that did not detect live Covid (with 3 other saliva rats that did not either) when we had it

I called Lisa Smith and made an order with her. She was personable and confirmed a lot of my ozmedical requirements.
She sent me a confirmation that my products were sent that very day. Unfortunately aus post had delayed my order but Lisa followed up to ensure I had received my package.
