Quick shipper, good prices

I ordered a 50 ct. Cannulas and received a 5 ct. Called twice and left messages, no response. 3rd time I got someone and they said they'd ship the corrected order immediately. A week later still nothing. Called again and the person remembered me and said they'd correct it. 2 weeks later still nothing.

If I could give a no star I would. Purchased RATS 8/1 no order came, emailed, texted, rang spoke to Jade who promised the world but never delivered any of them. Full of it. Scam artists. I have a paper and text trail of everything I've tried to do for a refund so have taken it up with my bank for a disputed transaction which I suggest everyone else who has been conned by this company does. Simply reading the reviews a lot of you have.

Staff were kind and really helpful. After a mix up(my fault) the lovely Jade and team made sure the Rats arrived in a timely manner. Thank you for going above and beyond guys!

The 3M Masks were of high quality. A friend of mine bought the same exact mask on Amazon and the straps keep breaking. I can rewear my 3M masks for weeks and have no problem with the straps breaking. Shipping and customer service excellent. You actually talk to a live person immediately. I see Ozmedical as highly trusted provider of medical supplies!

Ordered RAT kits (advertised as in stock on website) on 4th Jan. Business was closed until 7th Jan but on 7th Jan received email saying they were busy and wouldn't be answering the phone or email enquiries. Furthermore, wouldn't be sending any updates and possibly not informing me when/if my product was shipped. Terrible terrible customer service. After sending 2 polite enquiry emails (thinking I'd been scammed) I lodged a dispute with Paypal. Received communication from Oz Medical later that night saying they'd sent it that day and could I remove dispute. It took AusPost 3 more days to register that the items had been received by them. It's 4th Feb and I'm still waiting for my express post item that was allegedly posted on 28th Jan. The email I received from Oz Medical explained they're a small family-run business. Sorry guys, I get that we're all affected by covid-19 but going into radio silence with your customers is not the solution. I spent just under $100 with this business and I'm sure as a small family-run business every $100 makes an impact for them. Perhaps they should consider the impact that $100 can have on other families or individuals instead of not giving a toss about their customers and looking like scammers

I ordered RAT's on 8th of Jan. It is 2nd Feb and still no word.
I think I've been scammed!

Prompt service, exactly what I ordered. Accurate tracking during entire shipment. I will be a repeat customer.

Product was delivered as promised. I bought 3M Aura, N95 masks, made in USA, from Oz and will do so again as needed.

Fast, efficient, professional, order and shipping email confirmations. Excellent. This is a legitimate medical supply company with legitimate N95 masks. Highly recommend.

As others have stated, the order was not received despite the website stating shipped in 5 days and stating the product was available from 7/1/22. I'm left wondering if they really did have any Rapid anti gen in stock . Impossible to communicate with. AVOID

Company atrocious. Believe they are scammers. Collect your money quickly and do not supply. Avoid them! you have been warned

Agree with the others, ordered Over a week ago and still no shipping on my order, I ordered through PayPal so I out a dispute through them, hopefully I get my refund, buyers beware!

Same issue as last persons rating, ordering RAT tests. Website said in stock and was shipping as of the 7th Jan, its now 14th Jan and have had no response from company as to whats happening with my order. I have phoned and left 2 emails so far. Courtesy would be to at least contact the customer. Not happy with communication efforts of this company.

Company does not update tracking numbers at all. The owner DOES NOT respond to emails on time. No one responds to messages sent through Web Site. They do send the product on time, but I can never get tracking or service from this company. Will no longer do business. If you are looking for good service - stay away!
