Offending low standards.
As a consumer, you are unable to see the reviews of products by other consumers, or even yourself. They don't show up. You cannot even see the reviews that you made, it's not a thing this web-store does, even though it says "Be the first to make a review of this product." Leading consumers to believe no one has said anything good or bad. It gives the impression as if lying to the consumers.
I had purchased something so bad, it's worse than worthless, so bad it harms my equipment (a bad mouse which damages my desk and mouse pad) while giving me horrible vibrations and coil whine sound that leave me feeling sick. I wrote a review to warn other buyers, it never shows up on their website. I am pretty upset about it, as I believe it's actually harmful to anybody using it.
Before the review:
I gave them the ability to fix the product or I wanted my money back. I gave them the product 4 days after I got it, one whole month passes, closing the "return product" window, making me unable to return it at all. Then they call me to get the product back, as it was "made as intended by the manufacturer" and that it was "tested multiple times" which I know multiple engineers in different fields, no one tests simple products multiple times to take a month, especially when it's obvious to people who do NOT have any basic tech level to see that the product was simply trash.
Was writing with one "chat support" who writes like an 8th grader fooling with customers, acting smug when asked basic questions.
I'm very unhappy and have very low trust with them. Use caution.
Always return a product if you have a problem, and do not count on shops to have your back. Use your consumer protection!
