May I ask why put dimethicone in a product designed for the intimate area? For information, dimethicone, also known as polydimethylsiloxane or dimethylpolysiloxane, is a silicone-based polymer. Potential side effects include: Serious side effects of dimethicone topical

Signs of an allergic reaction, like rash; hives; itching; red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever, etc etc.

Really!!? Don't women suffering from UTIs have enough on their plates!?!

Arrived quickly great to use and has made the area comfortable

This product is a great idea, it was great for the first 3 days, it really helped with moisturising, however, by the 4th day it started to leave a slimy film, and everything started to feel swollen.
It could be that I'm just one of those sensitive people.
I really wanted this to work, but now I'm quite sore down there

Amazing product. Works well for recurrent cystitis in perimenopause 100% improvement. No more needing the loo all the time and no more pain down there. Dr Chiara is a genius and thank you for all your work putting this on the market. Wish for others who may not be able to afford this that it was available on the NHS. Great product.

I have found this serum the best one to help with the burning due to UTI’s. I have tried numerous ones.

So far, this seems to be working well so am pleased with the product and now on a subscription.
Only negative is that the postage seems to be very expensive for such a small item.

I suffer from recurring yeast infections. Honestly, I have tried everything and they always came back no matter what product I used. I had to take antifungal medication so often, I am now allergic to Canesten tablets. And when I entered perimenopause it was even more sore, dry and itchy. Whenever I did vaginal pH level tests, they were always off.
Now this product finally seems to make a real difference, it somehow keeps my vaginal flora in check. I never like to buy subscriptions, but for this I signed up, because I don‘t ever want to run out again. Thank you so much to the brilliant female scientist who invented it. You truly made a difference to my life.

After starting P.Happi my soreness, dryness and discomfort gradually cleared up. I am very happy with the results.

I NOW cannot imagine NOT using P.Happi! - immediately after the first time using this silky comforting 'mixture' (it doesn't feel exactly like a cream or an oil) in my intimate place I knew it was special and something now I feel lucky to use everyday. I thought I was resigned to having regular soreness for the rest of my life after 3 years of trying multiple supplements, probiotics, GP visits, private consultations - you name it I've done it. Fortunately I've found P.Happi and I'm finally having the longest symptom-free stretch.

I suffered recurrent UTI’s for nearly 30 years but everything I tried had no impact until I tried P.Happi. I had one UTI when I had a break from using it but six months on I have not had another. It also helps to keep the vulval area very moist especially through menopause and afterwards when vaginal atrophy can cause extreme dryness. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Everyone that gets recurrent UTIs should try this. It’s soothing and I find it also keeps thrush away, with many of us that have taken rounds of antibiotics are prone to. I wouldn’t be without it.

I have been using this product of a couple of months now as I am suffering from a chronic UTI and I think it has been helping to reduce flare ups. I use it every day and it gives me a sense of relief knowing that I am doing something good for my microbiome :) .
