Absolutely loved the body mist experience - the 2 girls who looked after us (their names began with M) were amazing and ao good with the children! Highly recommended

Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Products and Refund Issues

I ordered from Plouise expecting new products, but received a used makeup palette, The brush had visible eyeshadow residue and came with no protective packaging. I returned the item immediately, and USPS tracking confirms it was delivered to the seller. Despite this, Plouise USA on TikTok Shop claims they did not receive the return.

Research shows this isn’t an isolated case, others have reported receiving empty boxes, misrepresented products, and difficulty getting refunds. This pattern of misleading practices and poor customer service is extremely concerning.

I cannot recommend this seller. Buyers should document everything carefully if ordering, and consider avoiding Plouise altogether.

I was on live TikTok 5th sept bought the mini me won the big jackpot I was so excited got mini me delivered next day never got jackpot box so waited few days also ordered other items emailed them to get back a picture of delivery’s what was not the jackpot box it was all other deliveries to be told I have had the tracking an nothing else can be done I did not receive this box and I order a lot from
Lives shocking really I have seen alot saying they did not get jackpot box feel annoyed as i actually have spent so much money with p Louise .

I ordered and paid for my budget box and it just wasn’t sent out. I’m just out $50. Can’t get a single person in that company to help you, but they will take your money, especially from America. Don’t get bamboozled.

P Louise Summer Event

Attended the summer event today with my granddaughter i have to say it was worth the round 4hour trip from coventry to attend my granddaughter loved every minute from the decorating activities we did and ice cream , the amazing decor and full array of products . All the staff were amazing but Declan was exceptional he was super helpful and welcoming despite being so busy with other visitors byt he took the time to ask questions and how i interest in our experience and couldn't do enough to make my granddaughters experience second to none thankyou everyone .We look forward to.the Christmas event

Amazing Summer Experience

Attended the Summer Experience, our daughters had an amazing time, they loved the activities and the prizes they won. The Empire is really well themed and getting a booth in the cafe topped the visit off.

Terrible customer service

I bought 3 sets of makeup brushes. Stones missing and brush hairs bent out. Bad quality and they refused to replace them. These were for presents which I explained but they only offered me a £3.00 credit note. I was told that because they are still useable they will not replace the two brushes that were damaged. I find this absolutely terrible and not the right way to treat your customers. Not happy and will never buy anything from P Louise again. Will be raising a charge back from my bank.

Just opened my personal emails and there is an email stating

“ORDER JKS#SAL360
Thank you for your purchase!

Hi babe, we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.”

This totaled £53.00

At the very bottom of the email it states

“WAIT... YOU DIDN'T ORDER THIS?

Don’t worry babe, no order was placed (yet...)
But if you’re already dreaming of these goodies, it’s a sign!”

I genuinely felt somebody had accessed my accounts and used my banking.

How on earth do you feel this is a genius marketing strategy and that you should run with it?

This is outrageous!

This is absolutely not okay.
