Don't waste your time or money
Emailed previous to purchase & the company replied since ordering, the item didn't arrive emailed 3 times called customer service 10+times for shipping update to see why item hasn't arrived . Seems like the company don't want to know once they have their money had to contact the bank & will be buying elsewhere.

WORST COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Shittiest company I've ever come across. Called them 10+ times as I had to return a useless product, but no one answered, line says leave a voicemail but then immediately cuts off leaving you with no option. I'm now left with an expensive useless product with no options to return. EXTREMELY UPSET, NOT RECOMMENDED. DO NOT BUY.

Can't get hold of customer service, hoping business will now respond
Delivery of the goods was good, however after taking 3 hours putting everything together, we came to putting the top on to find it was damaged, we called the customer service telephone number, which asks you to leave a message but rather than being able to leave a .message the phone line goes dead. Weve emailedbut had no response either. By this time we hadno option to finish assembly and put the damaged lid on, which means we can't return but I'm hoping that the company responds to this post as we have a damaged lid, the lock system doesn't work and the overall sturdiness of the product is questionable.
