Used a Visa gift card on a purchase. Order was confirmed and was awaiting shipping. After almost a week with no update Packer cancelled the order and said they are refunding the gift card that I don’t have anymore! They told me sorry nothing they can do and now $200+ is gone

Terrible I have shop with them since Yonkers time and know they are a mess I bought timberland boot and they fit big and on the 14 Nov i asked for a exchange for smaller size I went to to return portol and never received a shipping lable now they state 14 days have passed and im stuck with boots that don’t fit terrible business practice don’t buy from them or it will happen to you.

They use eql who clearly was just caught selling off awake ny 5s stock. These people using eql think its run fair. Im now 0-92 since I just missed on the jellyfish here. Another store supplying stockx for a extra cut

Ordered a pair of limited shoes and paid for my order. Got confirmation just to receive an email a day later that my order had to be cancelled due to an inventory error. I would have tried to cop these some where else if I had known sooner, now I will have to pay resell prices.

I ordered some sneakers, got the confirmation by mail and i paid. One day later my order has been cancel without any explanation. I sent an e-mail and then they cited internal errors that my order has been cancelled and refunded without any excuses or something. Terrible communication, horrible shop. Never again. 0/10

Zero customer service. No response to any emails, terrible and won’t order from again

Ordered some clothes that were sold out absolutely everywhere else. They were sent promptly and well-packaged. Very happy indeed!

Ordered a pair of NB 1500 35 Ani limited edition shoes. Once I opened the outer box of delivery, I found I the original NB jacket encasing the NB shoe box had been tore broken. I dun think this shop has much experience selling limited edition sneakers to collectors. BS

My son wanted a pair of shoes from Packer, I ordered from them on December 4th and waited for days and no information was given on when my order was going to be shipped. December 11th, i reached by phone called numerous times and no call back , sent them an email, they responded back today and told me I quote
"Hi,
We use a third party credit card screening company to review all credit card purchases. Any order red flagged is cancelled to protect us from fraud. Your order was given a risk score of 99 out of 100, 1 being excellent and 99 being horrible. Any future purchases will need to go through PayPal."
I couldn't believe how they responded back to me. I've never went through nothing like this with all orders I've placed with other companies. This company is so dam unprofessional and need to be out of business.

I don't agree with the negative reviews.
I ordered a sweater and immediately contacted customer service to find out when they would ship it to me and they responded quickly. The package was shipped from the United States on Monday and arrived to me in Italy on Wednesday.

I recommend this shop to everyone, excellent selection of brands, excellent prices and fast and serious shipping.

Did not receive any confirmation of shipping even after a week. Upon my email query, they cited internal errors causing orders not to be processed, assured me that it would be sent out end of the week. Instead I received two separate emails updating me that my order has been cancelled and refunded without any request on my part. Terrible communication.

Wish I could leave a zero, bought 2 pairs of shoes the same size, 1 does not fit, they will not exchange due to the shoe being on sale. So basically I’m paying $105 for a pair of shoes that does not fit me.

Worst experience ever, don't do business with them. After all, in case of their mistakes or problems. No one will help you, you have no rights.

Almost didn't buy from this site because of bad reviews BUT took a chance and had a great experience. Customer service via email was fast and answered all my questions. Shipping was fast with tracking and shoes are great.

As the previous review state the it is very bad costumer service, not professional and they communicate rudely with clients! I was not informed that I would need to pay import fees so I rejected the parcel which got lost when it was being returned to them. When I asked for help they told me I need to contact UPS. They did not find the package and I was only refunded for the shoes and not the P&P. My experience of packer shoes was NEGATIVE. Avoid at all costs
