First time i've had a packfleet delivery. Arrived when they said they would. Really lovely friendly delivery driver despite probably being under christmas delivery pressure in London. Can't fault it

I was updated all the way through
I was updated all the way through. The buzzer to my building did not work properly but the driver Diego phoned me so we could sort it out. 10 out of 10 and will definitely use Pack fleet again.

Best delivery service I have ever received. Excellent communication. I received a message giving me a delivery time of between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m. And then another, at 10.15 to say that my package was 23 minutes away !!

This is how a delivery company should operate. Second time I have had a delivery from them and they could not possibly be better. On time, super-friendly driver named Paul. More companies should use Packfleet!

I don’t like the paper
I don’t like the paper, it’s far to thin and gets stack while wiping.
I’m trying to cancel the subscription but there is nowhere to find this option.
So I would not recommend them
If you like stronger paper.

Truly 5 star - easy communications, easy to amend delivery date, delightful delivery guy who arrived when expected; the icing on the cake ( or the cherry on top if you like) was that he addressed me by name when he delivered it. Such an easy, warm and personal touch really made such a difference!
