I cannot get ahold of anyone there to make an order. I have been trying via phone, email, and chat for 2 weeks now.

The product was great. The customer service was even better. Turned our rush project around to meet an upcoming tradeshow and made it a day early.

Beautiful boxes. Shipped quickly!

Poor communication, to date never received tracking information despite requesting it multiple times, I had to order all new boxes from a different site and dispute the charges because it appeared my money and boxes were gone . Weeks later my boxes finally arrived, damaged . I would not recommend.

I stand by my personal experience , their reply is categorically incorrect and to date I still never received a tracking number. They have never followed up until now upon seeing my review in this forum only. The boxes were received well outside the time frame and the communication or lack their of was poor.

Easy to reorder - came within the 10-15 days promised.

I received some boxes that were damaged upon arrival, and I attempted to contact the company, but I haven't received any response. My primary goal is to have them replaced. The lack of communication feels more frustrating than the issue itself. Overall, I am dissatisfied with how this situation is being managed

Setting up the box was the easy but there were a number of hiccups that couldn't be ignored. I setup the box to print inside and outside and inside disappeared at checkout. There isn't enough communication or transparency on the progress of your order. I checked on the order a number of times and there was some sort of response but no clear confirmations unfortunately. My order was shipped without a shipping name and was temporary lost and finally was held at a shipping center. Thankfully we were able to locate the order with tracking number that was provided when we did not receive the order. The print quality was beautiful but about a quarter of the order the boxes cracked or ripped during assembly. Overall the company needs better client facing transparency.

poor customer service and an even worse user experience. decent box print at the end of the day but incredibly long process. I'd try any other supplier before PackM for your customized box needs.

I’ve had multiple orders with PackM and I am so very happy with all my packaging boxes. They’re rugged for shipping and they work with you for design. All questions get answered right away. Bright colors and great fonts and any size you want. This time I needed a shipping mailer large enough to hold not just 1 order item but 3 or 4 to ship together, these came out perfect, couldn’t be any happier!

It’s easy to customize the box I wanted to order and it came quickly.

I was shipped all white boxes that were completely missing my design that was improved within their system. I was on the phone with support, and they have claimed that it will be sent for a reprint. But the supposed delivery of that re-print was yesterday. Other than the phone call, their support team has only responded once with the chat feature and has not provided any updates.

Until I receive the re-printed boxes or a full refund, this review will stay.

Update as of 8/28/24: Still have not received anything.

Update as of 9/13/24: I finally got the boxes.

Great Company that offers a great service for an amazing price.

The quality of PackM product and great customer service.

It was really expensive. After I paid they told me there was an up charge of $400 for only 100 boxes.
