Apgailestaujame dėl tokio vėlavimo. Nurodytas terminas yra orientacinis, tačiau 3 savaitės laukti tikrai nėra normalu ir situaciją reikia patikrinti.

I was worried that my tires wouldn't be delivered, but they arrived so fast I was actually surprised. The quality is great, they are very quiet, and the price is excellent. I sincerely recommend everyone to check out SAILUN tires !!!

First and last time
The motorcycle tires were ordered on April 17, with an anticipated delivery date of April 21. However, one tire was received on the 24th, and the second on the 27th.
The initial delivery consisted of a motocross tire, which was not the road tire specified in the order. This item was refused upon delivery and returned with the courier. Unfortunately, no photographic evidence was captured at that time.
A refund request was subsequently submitted. A company representative contacted me, asserting that the correct item had been dispatched from the warehouse. Consequently, the €30 shipping fee was withheld due to the absence of photographic proof from my end.
The second tire received was indeed the correct model. However, its manufacturing date was early 2024, rendering it approximately 2.5 years old. This age approaches the threshold for what is generally considered an outdated product in the industry.
Based on this experience, I cannot endorse this vendor.

The delivery delays and the apparent mismatch on the first tyre are clearly not the level of service expected. As you have already submitted a refund request, we will have your case prioritized internally so our service after-sales team can review it quickly, including the refused delivery, the shipping charge retained, and the warehouse/carrier records linked to the dispatch.
Regarding the manufacturing date, tyres with a DOT under 36 months are not generally indicated separately on the site when they have been stored in appropriate conditions. That said, we understand your concern and it should be reviewed together with the rest of your complaint.

Puiku. Nuo užsakymo iki produkto gavimo gavau daug informacijos apie užsakymo eigą. Dar gavau daug patarimų apie produkto priėmimą bei visą info apie užsakytą produktą.

Pirkau 4 padangas
Pirkau 4 padangas, bet 2 atkeliavo su gamykliniais defektais. Nuvažiavau 200km ir tada tiesiai į servisą atlikti Hunter padangų testavimo ir atėjo 18, 11kg vertės. Kreipiausi į garantinį, pasakė man, kad, kadangi padangos buvo uždėtos, grąžinimo nebegali duoti (kaip padaryti testą be uždėjimo)? Ir, kad padangos gali būt blogos dėl suvedimo, nors ir buvo testuojamos atskirai ant staklių? Tragiškas servisas, kuris ignoruoja fundamentalius Lietuvos įstatymus. Stengiausi gražiai susisiekti ir susitarti, bet matyt šičia taip neįmanoma.

If the tyre you received is less than 36 months old, this is generally not indicated on the site. If it is over 36 months old or DEMO, this should normally be specified. When properly stored, a tyre from last year does not probably indicate a quality issue.
If the packaging arrived in poor condition or if you believe the product information was not clear, please open a ticket with our service après-vente and include photos of the packaging and the DOT marking. Our agents will review your case carefully and provide an appropriate solution.

Good seller and good tires
I bought from Padangulyderis twice. Both times I found the exact tires I wanted for a good price, they were recently made and I was pleased with the experience. First time delivery was fast, but the second order took much longer. I believe it was not a fault of Padangulyderis though, and after messaging the support tires were delivered quickly.
So overall experience is 4.5 and rounded up its 5/5 :)
