Didn’t want to carry our luggage around with us. Found this place online, and it had great reviews, and wasn’t badly priced.
Really quick and simple to book and its location made it a perfect choice.
I found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. Definitely would use again.

Paddington Station: Lost Property
I foolishly left a man's hat on a train arriving at Paddington Station. The on;ime reporting form was clear and easy to use and the Lost Property Office reacted almost immediately. The following day I was oinformed that my hat had been found and was available for collection in the Lost Property Office. I was very happy to pay the £3 admin fee to be re-united with the hat that had travelled thousands of miles with me over several years and was something of an old friend. Well done Paddington!

I have asked for a cancellation via phone/email, no answer
I have asked for a cancellation via email before the time stated in the start time of the storage, but I never heard back and didn't receive a refund. I have also tried calling the line listed on the website before start time of my storage but no one picked up the call, I called multiple times.
There is no a great expirience for a user to accommodate for any changes with the booking. It is easy to book but not possible to amend or to cancel.
