We are sorry you feel that your bike came with out MOT, both our records and the DVLA's do show that the bike was MOT'd when we delivered it to you.

Bought a used bike from paddock…
Bought a used bike from paddock motorcycles which turned out to have problems. True to their word, the problem was sorted out. I'm now a happy biker once again. Would I purchase from paddock motorcycles again?? Of course I would. Thank you for the excellent service.

Great company to deal with. Love the bike I purchased.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the fan didn’t work on the bike I purchased. As I didn’t use the bike for around four months after purchasing it (due to not having a licence at that point) the fan issue was never noticed. I’m sure the company would of sorted it if I had found out sooner but that is down to me not knowing in time.
Wanted to put a constructive comment as it could be helpful to the company to double check bikes but it also could of happened after purchase. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Keep up the good work. 👍

Hi Jim, We are really sorry to hear that you feel you didn't receive the superb customer service so many of our customers enjoy! Having looked over the notes on your file it looks as though our aftersales team have really tried hard to resolve the issues you had. Unfortunately when a bike is strapped down in a van it can sometimes burst already delicate fork seals, which looks to have happened during the free delivery we did for you, as a result we had the bike collected by a local repairer of your choosing, repaired and delivered back to you within in a week and we quite rightly we picked up the cost and can only apologise for the hassle it may have caused you.
With regards to the issue with the seat, you where made aware that the bike had a custom made one off seat prior to you paying anything for the bike, we even sent you a 2 minute video of the bike with special attention drawn to the seat, the bike was serviced and MOT'd the day before it was delivered to you and was PDI checked, all of which was completed with flying colours! Again we are very sorry that you feel our customer service hasn't meet with your expectations and are more than happy to look at any resolution you feel will put this right for you.

Brought a Yamaha xj6 from paddock motorcycles I couldn’t get to view the bike so they explained condition and everything on phone they also delivered my bike to Lincoln free of charge delivered bike on time couldn’t be more happy bike was as described when it’s time to change I’ll be going back to paddock motorcycles

Unfortunately it is really difficult for us to verify every stamp in a bikes service book and the shop or garage that has done a service may no longer be trading or not keep an accurate record of all its service work. We did carry out a full service and MOT on your bike before it was delivered and are more than happy to supply you with specific details of the work we have done, it just isn't possible for us to contact each garage that has stamped a service book to get full details of the service they have done.
