Good but very expensive
The coffee is very good but even after discount, it works out at £0.53 per bag.
Compare this to Taylors of Harrogate Italian Roast bags, which cost £0.30 per bag. The Taylors coffee is 90% as good as yours, so economically, it makes no sense to buy yours.

We know we’re not the cheapest option out there, and that’s intentional. Our focus is on being the fairest, fair to the farmers who grow our coffee, fair to the planet, and fair to the people who enjoy it. That means paying farmers properly, investing in sustainability, and ensuring every cup does more than just taste great.
We totally understand that price is an important factor, and we respect that there are different choices out there. We just hope that when people choose Paddy & Scott’s, they see the bigger impact behind each brew.

I went to the Hadleigh Suffolk shop…
I went to the Hadleigh Suffolk shop which is a great community space, but there now seems to be a practice of reserving tables. In a coffee shop??? And it is the best tables that are reserved, this is totally unfair for all other customers who are looking to spend coffee with friends and family but instead we are made to feel unwelcome by the people who are allowing this to happen and by those booking the tables. There are not enough tables in the shop, and to ring fence 50% is unfair.
This is totally unnecessary. if the shop is full go to one of the many other coffee shops of which there are plenty in this small town, top of my head there are at east 6. This reserving of tables is not fair on everyone and quite frankly it does send out a signal that people are not welcome, especially when the staff put their reserved chalkboards on the table when other patrons are sitting there. They are then made to feel that they are to hurry and drink their coffee and eat their scones. This really is not fair,.
