I booked to be part of a new small, 1-hour long coached class (4 people max.) for advanced padel players. The coach was Dario.

I got lucky. Because it was a new service, it ended up being just me and Dario, so it was a really focused session on just what I wanted to work on.

Dario was excellent. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and he paid attention to the details of my technique and talked to me about strategy and mentality.

All the guys I've interacted with at Padelspeed have been excellent, and I have no hesitation in continuing to buy my equipment from them, entering tournaments that they host and using their coaching services.

I've recently purchased a couple of squash rackets from Padelspeed for a brilliant price, and also had a really positive experience with their customer service team! Upon checking out, I realised that I'd mistakenly only added one racket to the order. I contacted Padelspeed via Web Chat explaining the issue and was responded to within minutes. They simply sent over a balancing invoice to pay and the additional racket was added to my existing order. Great service! :)

My padel was delivered but left outside my front door. The box was so battered I expected the padel to be damaged but it was OK when I opened it. The padel is great.

I recently purchased a squash racket from Padelspeed, and although the parcel was unfortunately lost due to the courier’s mishandling, I have to say the way this situation was handled by the shop was truly outstanding.

From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they took full responsibility for resolving the issue, even though the fault clearly lay with the courier. Joel, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure I was kept informed every step of the way and processed my refund quickly once it was clear the parcel could not be retrieved.

Their professionalism, care, and exceptional customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Despite the lost parcel, I will absolutely shop with Padelspeed again in the future. It’s rare to find a business that truly values its customers the way they do.

Called me to say they only had 1 racket and will send the other I ordered once in. To call me rather than email me, puts them in a different league already

Slow delivery of the ordered item, which is probably mainly due to the carrier Evri. The product wasn’t suitable for me, so I arranged for a Refund. This return also took an excessive time, again due to the carrier, Evri.

The purchase price has been refunded to me, less the initial carriage cost £5.95.
