Pagazzi Lighting - Aberdeen Lighting Superstore Avis 113

Bought a new lamp from Pagazzi in Aberdeen, on opening the lamp was damaged / not working.. took back to the store next day to find out they’d closed down. It’s a disgrace how a business can be allowed to trade knowingly they will be closing the next day.

Lovely staff in Aberdeen. Very helpful, knowledgeable of products and spent a lot of time with me suggesting fittings and bulb combinations. I’m very happy with the light fitting and unusual bulbs purchased and reassured by the guarantees provided with the products.

The 2 young members of the sales team who served my husband and myself on Sunday 19 Oct 2025 at the Aberdeen Beach store were excellent. They were so knowledgeable about the lamps they were selling, helpful, friendly and polite. They made it a very pleasant experience and nothing was too much for them - trying different levels of warmth of bulbs to help me make the correct decision etc. Was so impressed with the Isha floor lamp that we returned on Thurs 23 October and bought 3 of the matching table lamps and one of the original sales team was there in the shop and recognised us! Thank you it made such a pleasant change from other shops where you can't find sales staff and if you do they are disinterested. So well done Pagazzi & thank you again to the sales team!

Bought a lamp in the sale and was informed we could return it within 14 days, when we went to return it the next day as it didn't suit our room and decor, we we're told we could NOT get a refund only a credit note, this was not what we were told and if this was the case we would not have bought it as we live some distance from the Aberdeen store, really NOT a good experience at all, we will NOT bother making a trip there in the future.

Lovely show room packed full of lighting ideas, well worth the 2 hour drive to get there. The website is very good too but it's better to see these things in real life if you are spending a lot of money.
Lots to choose from, plenty of different styles and colour combinations and I felt the quality was good too. Staff helpful and pleasant to deal with, they answered my queries well and I didn't feel I was getting a hard sell which would have put me off.
Shop easy to find with plenty of parking.
Over all, a good experience, I bought more than I went for as I saw things that I really liked and would certainly return when needing more lighting ideas.

I was able to walk into your Aberdeen store and get my two faulty bulbs replaced without question

Bought a Brianna LED Light for £119. The mirror disk part had not been drilled so it cannot be fitted.

A 1 hr round trip to go and get that part swapped.

Pity there wasn't better QA/QC where the light was made.

Additional time and expenses - not happy!

Do not use PAGAZZI Lighting! I returned a light fitting using their chosen courier, DPD, and it never made it to their return warehouse—it’s now lost. Despite this being their courier, PAGAZZI is refusing to take responsibility and issue me a refund. until DPD refund them. As the buyer, I’m left out of pocket for over 4 weeks now to something that’s completely out of my control. Their customer service is appalling, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!”

Really pleased with our lamps. Unfortunately one had shade ring missing but on calling shop the manageress agreed to post this out to us with a stamp she had in her purse..very impressed with knowledgeable staff.

Vast selection of lights.Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who could not do enough to help us with our choice.

This one star is for the company, not the branch. The staff in Aberdeen did their best to get us a gel globe insert from the Edinburgh branch. They were in stock but wouldn't sell us one as it was discontinued?! Very disappointed as it was for a pendant light which matches others in our room.

i ordered a lovely Bombo .wall lamp as iv'e ordered from pagazzi many times before , and it came the very next day and as usual its beautiful ,and Loved it so ordered another one and was told by Louise it wouldn't come until Monday .and WOW it came today on SUNDAY , so very,very pleased with PAGAZZI AS ALWAYS . and LOUISE is such a lovely person .so WELL DONE PAGAZZI . Nothing is to much trouble ....

I went in Looking for a light my new kitchen, excellent customer service from a lovely lady with pink hair. Customer service was second to none and hope my new light is as vibrant as her. Great service

Good overall service from Pagazzi. Items arrived swiftly and undamaged. They have a nice selection of lighting but are very expensive, so only 4 stars.

Fabulous service, from the shop, customer service in general and quality of product. Superb.
The shop assistants took a lot of time to help me, answering all sorts of questions as I hunted for what I wanted. They have a huge range of high quality products at good prices. They also went out of their way to find out some obscure details. Products delivered quickly and very well wrapped.

The Sales Assistants were very helpful. They didn't have what I wanted in stock however, following a search, found what I wanted, ordered it and it was delivered to my home within a few days.

Lovely shop and served by a lovely helpful assistant.
