I bought a beautiful picture from pagazzi at Boundary Mill Sheffield and I liked it soo much ,SEAN the manager said he would save me another one I wanted ,for me to go and collect it ,Sean and his staff are all excellent, and it was all wrapped up waiting for me ,so I can't praise Sean and his staff enough, many thanks Cathy 😀

Excellent Stylish products with a 3 year warranty.
Boundary mill has a good display supported by an excellent and helpful sales advisor. We bought an LED flush fitting light for our on-suite. So pleased with this we subsequently ordered the Harper 1280mm LED strip light direct from Pagazzi in Glasgow. This arrived very well packaged with free next day delivery.
Excellent products and service supported by a 3 year warranty.

Excellent customer service-
Excellent customer service- when I accidentally broke one of my glass shades on my kitchen pendant light, the team in customer services contacted the supplier of the fitment and had them send me a replacement shade,which was perfect as it saved me from buying a whole new fitment. So nice when people actually try and help you! They kept me up to date every step. Most impressed.
