Dear Jakaria,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We truly regret that your experience with our platform did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your feedback.
Firstly, we are a global platform that wholeheartedly welcomes members from all corners of the world, including Bangladesh. Our primary goal is to provide valuable resources and connections for those interested in online writing, rather than to act as a direct employer. This distinction is essential as it shapes our operational model.
The membership fee you mentioned serves a dual purpose: it helps us maintain the platform, ensuring the provision of up-to-date resources, tools, and opportunities for our members, and also keeps our community focused, connecting serious writers with the best opportunities.
We understand the importance of clear communication and will take steps to ensure our offerings and processes are more transparent in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in this regard.
Thank you for your understanding, and we're here to assist further if you have any more questions.
