Customer service sucks! Terrible for the price it should be super simple and easy. They make everything so complicated. Even to make a return it’s so complicated. The sizes are very unpredictable. I had to return the pants three times. I don’t think I will be buying from this company again. I'm still waiting for my two refunds.
Totally Different Colour Product - Deceiving Photos online
Ordered a beige pair of jeans and the colour was totally different when received. They insisted i pay for the return. Be careful with them as their online photos are not likely to represent the real thing.

The other reviews are correct - online sales are “b” stock/seconds/defective. Ordered my usual size in a wash I have 2 other pairs in. Great price. Colour totally different and my size 33 jeans were obviously worn for a week by a size 40 guy. You’d think they would acknowledge this and let me exchange for a proper pair but nope. I bought 2 jeans from the store in New York. They fit alright, and looked good. I washed them with absolutely care and even turned them inside out. Guess what? Threads are coming out! This is horrific when paying $230 for a paid of jeans! My ZARA and GStar RAW jeans lasted me 8 years and Paige hasn't even last me for 9 months. Shame! Will you guys reach out to me?

Where to start!(?) lol….have bought a few pairs of Paige jeans over the last several months (NOT cheap!) anyway, the thing is, I’m in UK 🇬🇧 and they are in USA 🇺🇸 obviously, BUT currently undergoing intense problems with staff there 🇺🇸 whilst trying to sort out a pair bought by me not that long ago BUT wrong style 😡😳🤦♀️ result = LOTS of emails back and forth, theirs mostly computer generated, and then, PHOTOS asked of aforementioned jeans, codes etc etc! You gotta be kidding I thought but duly complied….there was even implication that THEY had got it right in the first place and I had not!!? 😳😱 Well I’m not senile just yet….I currently have spent a fortune on PAIGE jeans, and have enough to ‘sink the Titanic’ why oh why is it SO hard for this multi million dollar company to CORRECT this for me, an elderly, disabled lady!?? Update, recently one of their staff FINALLY telephoned me…yay! twice! (As if I could afford to ring them!! which is always an option, NOT for me) so now I’m STILL awaiting further developments + constructive assistance along with a pair of PAIGE jeans I am unable to wear! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ I wonder if Ms Paige Geller herself EVER gets any feedback such as mine! Lol so far, NOT a peep from her OR her managers, including a London operative!

Horrible big corporate company that has tried to bully smaller independent boutiques. I don't support them anymore.
Poor quality / NO customer service
I bought 4 pairs of Paige, Lennox Woody. After three washes two pairs completely lost their shape and I'll have to through them away - not something you would expect from a $250 pair of trousers! I've contacted Paige support three times highlighting the issue, providing pictures and asking for next steps. After more than a month I haven't heard back.. unbelievable!
