La presente recensione è per la Paini Rubinetterie (italia), cioè la casa madre. Un'azienda mediocre che non merita certamente la fama che ha. Acquistato un prodotto risultato poi non conforme poichè diverso nella realtà da quanto pubblicato su: catalogo, pagina internet, etichetta confezione, scheda tecnica. Alla mia richiesta di supporto nessuna risposta, tranne un "abbiamo sbagliato, puo' capitare, sul prossimo catalogo correggeremo". Puo' capitare di sbagliare in 5 casi su 5? Controllo qualità? Inesistente? Revisori di bozze? Inesistenti? Verifica post produzione? Inesistente? Inoltre, nessuna disponibilità a magazzino di prodotti, neanche in un esemplare. Solo produzione da ordine. Un'azienda di pori figli. Per non parlare del rappresentante di zona, peggio di loro. Ma si sa, chi si somiglia si piglia. Ah, un ultimo dettaglio: i prodotti sono sì diversi da quelli che vi aspettate di acquistare, ma in compenso sono cari come il fuoco.
I had a leaking temperature control valve for a product purchased in 2008. I spoke with Megan in service and she was amazing. Took two minutes for her to identify the product I purchased, part I needed and to provide FedEx tracking number for the replacement part sent out same day. Offered to walk me through the process to replace on my own. Received a follow up email with instructions on replacing and a couple of other updates on product since it had been 16 years.
As part of a Magnet kitchen refurbishment they fitted a Paini Nero C Spout tap. Almost exactly two years later we noticed that the surface was coming away. Eventually a piece fell off leaving an ugly scar. Magnet denied responsibility and referred us to Paini. Paini asked for photographs and details of Magnet order. Two weeks later I rang them and they asked me to resend the email. A few days later they sent a curt email claiming the finish only had a 12 month guarantee and could not be repaired. Poor quality and poor customer care. I won't use them again!
I have a Brita Kelda tap long out of warranty and the internal pipe carrying filtered water had snapped. Brita told me to contact the manufacturer Paini and gave me details for customer services. Paini answered quickly and after a discussion asked for a photograph just to confirm which part was needed, so I took one and sent it. Chris emailed back 15 minutes later with the part number of the required part and also provided the part number for a connector that would be needed along with some fitting advice.
I ordered both items and they arrived first class the next morning. Just wish every firm supplied that level of service.
Bought a wren kitchen & the tap was from these jokers Paini...
Tap started leaking 7 month after installation..
My plumber said the leak was internal & unable to repair so called & emailed Paini & got no answer for 3 days then they say its not the tap but the pipes..Even though my plumber told them it's definitely not the pipes they refuse to send replacement tap...
Customer service was nothing less than shocking..
Absolutely shocking service. They seem to ignore any orders you send over and even after chasing them, they lie about when the order is being dispatched. No explanation as to why orders for spare parts take well over a working week to even dispatch. I'm convinced the orders are all sat there till the customer chases. FYI this isn't a one off order, we have spent thousands with Paini over the years, the items are good WHEN THEY ARRIVE, but the service is nothing short of abysmal.
Bought a Paini kitchen tap through Wren kitchens - Within 7 months the inner workings broke and fell out. Wren told me to take up warranty direct with Paini. Did so and Emailed Paini of the 2nd Feb 2024. After waiting for a reply, finally just received one on the 31st March. Given the Broken tap was unuseable, and we couldn't wait this long , we source a replacement. Paini Service is awful and wouldn't buy any of their products again. Avoid this company
I need a replacement valve cartridge for Paini kitchen tap. Contacted customer service several times but told staff in hospital. Then told someone will contact me. Still waiting after a month. The cartridges appear to be a size that I can’t source from any other supplier. Not impressed with Paini and would not buy again.
Was told by Brita that I had to get replacement parts via this company, but the Service is appalling. You place an online order and get no notice of dispatch and they do not use a Tracked Service. When you call or email to get an update if you are lucky enough to get a reply it is rude and abrupt.
Had a tap fitted through Wren, one of the handles became loose which i notified Paini of before the 12 months warranty period. Was given directions on how to fix this issue. We did as instructed but the handle became loose again. I emailed Paini again to tell them we were still having the same issue and Chris told me we would be sent a new handle which we were very grateful for. 2 months later we still haven't received the handle and now Chris is no longer responding to my emails. Very disappointing customer service!
After getting multiple non-response responses from Paini US customer service, this is the actual email exchange between me and their customer service:
me: "I'd appreciate it if you could read my email. I asked for the specifications so that I can get an adapter to a garden hose. I am simply asking for the size and thread of your product. Isn't Paini customer service able to help even with that?"
Paini US customer service: "Hello,
I read your email & I replied accordingly.
The factory does not have the thread size documented.
Thank you! I hope your day is a great one!"
I have been trying to find the status of my small value order placed almost two weeks ago, have made five phone calls where I was told sales were busy and would call me back, also two emails but still no reponse. They were happy to take my money!
Great service from Chris. Spout arrived- stainless steel. It was sent to replace a chrome spout which is on back order. It will tide us over and give us a functioning tap until then.
