i like these sets they help me with my ADHD and keep me focused. sometimes the paint pots dry out. i wish the brushes that come with the kits were better. i also always have to order a frame and it doubles the price which i really dont understand since i used to work with picture frames years ago and they are not that expensive.

The kits are very well made, with lots of great designs to choose from. There are plenty of size options available, which makes it easy to find something that fits different budgets. They’re on the pricier side, but the quality definitely shows.

I’m thrilled I found this company! Great quality, service, sustainability policies and fast shipping. The kit includes everything needed, I didn’t have to use any of my own brushes, I received more than enough paint, the instructions were clear and the painting turned out better than expected. Would highly recommend! Thank you for helping me bring my cat portrait to life!

This has been a very calming experience, a moment to slow down and spend some quality time with myself, which feels really important every now and then. I love watching the image slowly come together as I make progress. On top of that, the delivery was super fast, which was a great bonus.

First i absolutely love the painting i ordered. The company is easy to communicate with and very responsive. Shipping took exactly the amount of time they said it would, and everything went smoothly. Second, i made a mistake and accidentally ordered the same painting twice. When i contacted PBC, they handled it right away. I received a return label in under 24 hours, and the correct painting was shipped out within a day or two. Truly excellent customer service!!!

the canvas is really nice and clear. it’s simple to follow and very easy to work with.

They say they’re the gold standard however they are rubbish at customer service, communication and getting the product to you on time. Use another supplier if you want to feel respected as a customer!

Unfortunately, the product arrived completely damaged and was clearly broken during shipping. I contacted Paint by Canvas about it, and to their credit, they sent out a replacement the very same day with no extra charge. That kind of response really matters. Hopefully this one arrives in good condition, but I genuinely appreciate how quickly and fairly the situation was handled.

Really appalled at the way this company has dealt with my order.

A canvas was ordered on 11th December, supposedly delivered by Xmas… and has still not arrived! Wouldn’t refund as it’s a customised product and so sent another which was to arrive 27th January. No updated tracking information was provided so I couldn’t follow it and it’s still not arrived. Emailed on 4th and 15th February asking again for a full refund and no response. Then they have the audacity to send me emails asking how my canvas turned out! Clearly they can't cope with logistics or customer service.

Their lack of speed in trying to resolve this is terrible. Awful customer service, awful communication and awful experience.

This has been the most beautiful paint by numbers experience I’ve ever had. The quality feels truly professional, the results are amazing, and I will definitely be coming back for more.

Excellent customer service BECAUSE the last mile carrier placed my paint kit front of driveway between a full recycle bin and a full trash bin!! Clearly the trash hauler threw it right in the truck with the trash!!! Speedx delivery is not responding BUT Paint by Canvas remedied the problem immediately by sending another kit. Hopefully a different last mile carrier will be used this time. I’m still after them for an explanation for such a ridiculous delivery. Paint by Canvas, however, ROCKS

I really liked the product and thought it was very nice, but it ended up taking 24 days to arrive, even though the website stated an estimated delivery time of 9–14 days. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, and because of the delay, I wasn’t able to give the painting as planned. That’s the reason I’m giving this three stars.

I’m fairly new to paint by number and chose Paint by Canvas for a custom piece specifically because of the great reviews I’d read on several PBN blogs and on Reddit.

I’ve only just placed my custom order, so I can’t comment on the finished result yet, but based on everything I’ve read and my experience so far, I have very optimistic expectations. I’ll be sure to leave another review once it’s completed.

I mainly wanted to share how excellent the customer service has been. Niila has been absolutely fantastic, incredibly helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

I ran into an issue with a gift card transfer while setting up my custom PBN. The issue was on my end, not with Paint by Canvas, and Niila responded quickly and patiently walked me through everything step by step. She made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I was able to get my custom order placed without any trouble.

This painting has an incredible amount of detail. I chose the 48-color option. I’m not quite finished yet, but I’m very close, and what I’ve completed so far looks great. I really love it 😃

I’ve been a customer for many years, but lately the kits haven’t been as good as they used to be. The paints feel runny and tend to streak, and I’ve had to apply three or more layers of the same color just to get a reasonably presentable result. I’m not sure what has changed, because when I first started ordering from you, the paint quality was excellent.

It turned out even better than I thought it could. I’ve already ordered another one, and the delivery was super fast as well.

I ordered several paint kits as holiday gifts and was really impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process, from ordering all the way to final delivery. The delivery did take a bit longer than originally promised, but I was informed about the delay clearly and well in advance, which I really appreciated. Now I’m just excited to see everyone’s finished masterpieces! 😊🎨🖌️

Paint by Canvas was fine overall, responsive, and followed up well. The issue was with the shipping carrier, which was quite poor. Our order took 17 days to arrive and missed Christmas, even though it was placed in good time with days to spare. The package also sat in a nearby city for five days without moving. That said, the product itself is good quality and fun to work on, and I would consider ordering again.

In the end, my order was refunded. The team did try to make things right, but there were clear supply issues that were outside of their control, which made the situation difficult. Even so, they genuinely did their best to resolve everything, and for that I’m thankful and appreciate the effort they put in.

I had a really good experience with this company. The shipping was not super fast, but it was just before Christmas so I imagine they were swamped, also my order was custom. I ordered from another paint by numbers company at the same time to try them out and that order took a lot longer and arrived really damaged. Overall, the quality and customer service of Paint by Canvas was top notch and so much better than the other company I purchased from. And I LOVE my painting!
