The customer service was fantastic! I received an email saying I had points expiring, even though I didn't have an account created. This mistake was taken care of fairly quickly.

I will continue shopping here as their products are very user-friendly and well made.

The paints that came with my canvas were sticky and difficult to paint with. I contacted PaintVibe and they made a suggestion to solve this problem. When that didn't work too well they sent me a complete replacement set of paints that are great to work with. They were very helpful and courteous throughout and got me back to painting ASAP.

The paints are so transparent that they don’t cover the numbers. You have to paint the same section several times. It’s as if they are watered down. Especially the lighter tones. They should be more opaque. I love my design but hate that I have to work so hard to paint it.

This is the best paint by number company I have ever dealt with. I was missing my paint reference key from an order months ago and they within two days sent it to me. This level of customer service is unheard of. When I had an issue with a canvas they replaced it! Nobody does that. PaintVibe delivers and if you prefer to do a custom painting, the quality of those pieces is outstanding! I have probably done 8 or so so far, and I look forward to the next 8!! Thank you PaintVibe for getting it right!!

Still haven’t received items and no delivery date in site. Ordered on November 25 and as of December 16 there is confirmed delivery date. When you order on the site they do not tell you everything is shipped from China.

I’ve ordered several paint-by-numbers kits from Paint Vibe and they’ve been fantastic every time. The canvases are excellent quality, the paints are vibrant and easy to work with, and the customer service is truly outstanding. Shipping is always quick, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Overall I do you find the colours delivered are not a true representation of the colours in the advertising photographs i.e. pink is often a shade of apricot and so on. Have said that, when I opened my last pot of paints, they had set solid not even a drop of water could loosen the pigments. I reached out to the customer service team and was instantly replied to and assured that this sometimes happens and a new set would be winging its way to me to enjoy. Excellent customer service. 100% well done!

PaintVibe support team was very helpful in helping correct a situation where the package was going to the wrong address. They stayed in contact and did the best they could to ensure I received it. When the package arrived at my doorstep i was thrilled. It came just as expected and I’m very excited to get painting!

I'm torn on this review. I've ordered from here a few times now. Once the images are painted, they really do look great. That said, it takes multiple coats to cover the printed numbers, the numbers are dark and the paint is very thin. It would be that much better if the numbers were a bit lighter in colour, so they could be covered more easily.

I also ordered a painting a while back and the paints were all dried up. I inquired about replacement paints and was told they do not ship replacement paints and that I could go to my local craft store and purchase paints to match. What?! Absolutely not. There should be zero reason why replacement paints cannot be sent out.

I recently ordered a custom painting of a friend's wedding picture. Unfortunately, it came damaged. Customer service was very quick to get back to me and I should be receiving a new one. I will edit this post when that gets rectified. We'll see how that goes first.

Overall, it's a fun hobby but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

I took a chance and asked if anything could be done for me monetarily since I love painting these and find it very therapeutic, however after my ninth painting I have run out of wall space and couldn't really afford another one since the increase in charge. Someone in customer service was wonderful and was able to decrease my charge with a discount AND offer me free shipping. I have never received such true customer service in making me happy anywhere. I will always refer your company, more than I already have. I can't thank you enough and look forward to my 10th painting. I WILL find the space if it kills me...LOL.

Invoiced me in Australian dollars but when I paid withdrew amount in American dollars which was $60 difference. Deceitful comes to mind. Never use them again.

the best out there. The quality of everything, paint, canvas, brushes far exceeds all!

Love the picture!! (We got the badass lion with the sunglasses). It's so fun and easy and comes out incredible, and the team was super helpful with replacement assistance when we found ourselves stuck with dried paint and an unfinished product. Will definitely buy again!

I’v been buying paintings off them since 2020. They have hands down the best quality of paint, brushes and canvas. Their custom designs that iv ordered have come out beautifully. I recently made a purchase where the buy 2 get 1 free code didn’t work and I was charged full price. I contacted their service team and a refund was issued within a few days. Can’t recommend them enough. Very pleased with their product and customer service.

When ordering my paintings, I used the BUY3 code to get the discount. I was about to check out when I realized I wanted to make a change to the number of paint colors I was ordering for one of my paintings. I went in and edited my cart and checked out. What I didn’t realize was that the BUY3 code had dropped out of my cart when I made the change. It was only after checking out and paying full price that I realized my mistake. I wrote to Paint Vibe customer service and they promptly replied and offered to give me the discount even though, technically, it was my fault that I did didn’t get it. This is my first time ordering from Paint Vibe and I already have a good feeling about it because their customer service was so exceptional. My order is on its way and I can’t wait to see my paintings. I will post an update once I receive everything.

Quality paints, beautifully printed canvas. Easier to see the numbers than other companies. Love the fact I can vary the number of colors depending on the detail I need. The interpretation of the colors if you order custom canvases, is so very close to the pic you submit. There seems to be some real color sensitivity in their execution of the product that makes all the time you put in and your hard work worth every minute. The support team is A+++. So if you're a seasoned painter, or just thinking you'll give it a go and see what happens, DO IT. And do it with this company. Great product, and better than therapy! I had receive a great support,...With my Last purchase I don't receive the varnish to complete my paint and i contacted de compagny and the respond was rapidly and empathy I received the 2 kits of varnish so double...Excuse my mistakes in English it 's not my first language...

I made a mistake with my address, but even with all the awful tariff crap, the Paint Vibe support staff fixed my mistake and got me my two orders. I really really appreciate it. On top of the support staff being excellent, I love the new improvements to the kits like the color shaded canvasses and vacuum sealed paints. The vacuum sealed paints makes me feel much more confident about the longevity of the kits.
