Go “above and beyond” attitude
The team at Cheadle branch are fantastic, super helpful and really helpful when I sent my parents back with a “mix can” of paint that wasn’t the colour expected. Great to experience excellent customer service with attention to detail and a “above and beyond” attitude. Thank you

Visited the Long Eaton branch and was met with the most shoddy customer service. The lady was tutting all the time and was just rude and abrupt. Disappointed.
