I applied for renewal of my NICOP almost 3 weeks ago. The process was straightforward and easy and there was help available at every level. The WhatsApp service was so helpful. My aunt was due to fly out on Tuesday but lost her Nadra card. Other companies were charging more than double what Pakistan Visa Centre charged. I filled out the online form and immediately was contacted by the company. They explained the whole process, fees and timing. They took care of the entire process from start to finish and were very clear about what information they needed from us. We received the travel document within 12hrs. The customer service is impeccable and you are kept upto date with the progress of the application. Highly recommend!

I applied for visa in December last year still not issued. Manchester consulate is waste of time and money most of the people who applied through Manchester consulate are unhappy from their services. They don't pick up the phone they don't reply to your emails not helpful

I have paid fee 200€ and now they are not replying me. I do not know the status of my application it has been a month they didn’t response me.
I do not know if this is the genuine website I applied to.
