I am really impressed at the efficiency…
I am really impressed at the efficiency of this company. I am not of Pakistani national but married to one and it seemed to be hard to understand what sort of visa I would need but after contacting them and with help from Hafeez I sent him all relevant documentation and within 6 hours or so I was granted ETA. Thank you so much!

You have provided good Customer…
You have provided good Customer service, however tracking of application was very difficult. I think it would be great to have online portal where we can upload and see the status and documents.
Also due to time difference between two countries we had to wait for longer.
Processing finger prints is also very cumbersome.Either this should be improved or change to face detection same like iPhone.

Got one month visa within an hour for Canadian citizen who was in Abu Dhabi. Wow!!
Hafeez bhai helped Mom get her visa within one hour. Her sister passed away and because of this service, she was able to see her sister one last time after years. We had lost all hope until I came across this service on Google. May Allah bless you hundred folds. Ameen. I am still mind blown by the speed and the accuracy of his services.everything was done within whatsapp. He was very concise and fast and clear about what was needed

Needed a visa quickly
I was a little worried as I needed help with my visa, I needed it urgently, I was contacted by an Agent called Hafeez, he was very helpful and informative.
The process was very quick and simple, I got my visa quicker then I was expecting.
