Great experience. Very helpful especially with a large party of groomsmen. Price is great and the Quality of the suits are great . The carriers are strong and protect the suit . Very good choices of colours and the accessories like the ties are also a good price . The service was second to none on the day .

Bought a 3-piece suit and it was a perfect fit with high-quality material. Very impressed with the craftsmanship and comfort. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a well-made suit.

Gary was an absolute saint in trying to find me my first proper suit, for years I’d mixed and matched with individual suit items but Gary made it extremely easy and nothing was too big of a job for him to help me out, an absolute gent and couldn’t recommend Pal Joey enough! The suit really looked amazing however it was too small. On their site they recommend one size up, I would have taken two sizes up if there was any left.
I returned it for a refund as I needed outfit for an event which consequently I didn't attend. I'm giving 5 stars cause suit was nice and delivered prompt.

Quality not great, loose threads. Also, asked for navy trousers which was an option in the description. However, I received black. Would’ve returned only needed it that weekend.

Emailed pal joey about sizing for a suit and they got straight back to me and cpuldnt have been any nicer, theyr customer service i 5 star.

Awful service. Sent back suit as too small. Heard nothing after emailing twice in a week so called to be told they had done nothing about it as it was missing the return slip as package must have been damaged and must have fell out. If that was the case the suit would have been damaged as slip was inside jacket, inside a suit inside the outer packaging. Told me they could sort out an exchange delivery would take 1 to 3 days. When I said I needed it sooner so would need a refund, delivery changed to 1 day. When I questioned this the woman got angry and snapped at me that she said 1 day. That she was trying to help and did I want a exchange or not. Told her to refund me. Which she did. Then 4 hours later I get an email replying to my emails from the previous week sayingI need to call up about my exchange. I replied explaining not sure what's happen but i have had a refund to get told it was from a different department and they didnt know. Stay away from them.

Absolutely fantastic service and suits by Pal Joey. We ordered 23 suits for a wedding and they all arrived with plenty of time to go. On collection, they let us try them all on and any issues were resolved there and then. They even stayed behind an hour after closing to make sure everything was in order! Special shout out to John and Marilyn who managed the order. Service was fantastic, suits are even better, and the vibes are immaculate. The only place I’ll be buying suits from, even with the 3 hour drive! Get yourselves down for any occasion.
