Pallas Health is a telehealth service for medical weight loss and longevity care, connecting patients with US-licensed clinicians in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We built Pallas around three ideas: care should be clinician-led, pricing should be transparent, and getting help shouldn't require a waiting room. Most visits are completed asynchronously — you answer a clinical intake from your phone, and a licensed clinician reviews your full health history before any prescription is considered. In the handful of states that require it, a short video visit is built into the process. Our weight-loss programs include FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound®, as well as compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide prepared by US-licensed compounding pharmacies, prescribed only when a clinician determines treatment is clinically appropriate. Medication ships directly to your door, and every plan includes ongoing care — dose adjustments, side-effect support, and unlimited messaging with your care team. We also offer an NAD+ program, and every patient gets our free companion app for protein tracking, activity, and dose reminders. Pallas is LegitScript-certified. Our partner pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy, pricing is cash-pay with no hidden fees, and you can cancel anytime. Pallas offers both FDA-approved and compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not generic versions of brand-name drugs. Eligibility and treatment are determined by a US-licensed clinician; results vary. Private pay only (no insurance). Operated by Brentmoor, Inc.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely LOVE Pallas Health!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pallas Health! I have been using their tirzepatide program for 7 weeks, and I am extremely happy with my results. It has been a tremendous success for me!
From the results I am seeing to my overall experience, I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I am finally on the right track, and I am so pleased with how things are going.
I highly recommend Pallas Health to anyone considering this journey. I am beyond grateful for my experience and look forward to continuing my progress. Thank you, Pallas Health, for such a great experience! ❤️
The communication has been exceptional. The process was made easy and they assisted me every step of the way. I really enjoy this experience.
I took Mounjaro for a year in Canada and lost 44 lbs with few or no side effects. Staying active, eating well, and drinking plenty of water made a big difference, and my health improved in so many ways. 😊
Then we moved to the USA, and that's where the trouble started. The same medication at the same dose that cost me about $400 a month in Canada was suddenly $1,200 a month. It was a real shock. ( A scam!)
My wife and I did some research and found an online group with very good services for consultations with a doctor. They prescribed a compounded version of Mounjaro's generic ingredient, tirzepatide, combined with vitamin B12 (which has plenty of benefits of its own, though that's a story for another day).
Their website is helpful and easy to use, and we're in regular contact with them. When I emailed asking for administrative help, they went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I even got a same-day reply and action from the owner, Adam. They truly care about customer service. For example, I needed clearer and more details prescriptions and receipts so I could claim reimbursement from my private medical insurance, and they improved their formats within 48 hours!
My medication arrived in Mississippi in a neat, sealed box with cold packs to keep it secure and chilled. 🥶 The injection instructions were clear, and there's no need for an expensive injector pen. Many people on GIP/GLP-1 medications use a syringe and vial. The first time can feel nerve-wracking, but it's easy to learn, and once you've got it, it's no more complicated than brushing your teeth and flossing. Ask a nurse somewhere and she will show how.
Their compounded medication costs far less than brand-name Mounjaro, and I haven't had any problems or side effects. Remember that tirzepatide on its own won't do it. A healthy lifestyle is essential.
Wishing you all the best. Take care of yourself, because you are worth it! 💛
I have had a positive experience as a GLP1 patient with Pallas. While the app is not effective and counterintuitive (recent improvements have been made), the program is affordable and the communication is outstanding. Whenever I have reached out via email, I have received a quick, personalized response from a human. I would recommend this company.
Disappointing Experience With Pallas Health — Poor Communication and Unresolved Medication Shortage
I initially chose Pallas Health because I wanted an affordable, reliable, medically supervised weight-loss treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
I paid $299 for a four-week supply of compounded tirzepatide. According to my prescription, I was supposed to receive four weekly injections of 7.5 mg. However, I was only able to administer two complete doses and one partial dose of approximately 5.5 mg before the vial was empty. I had no medication remaining for my fourth injection.
I immediately reported the shortage, submitted photographs, and communicated with several representatives. Rather than receiving a timely resolution, I encountered repeated delays, inconsistent information, and additional documentation requests that should have been communicated from the beginning.
One representative initially acknowledged confusion regarding my prescribed dosage, only to later retract that explanation. My complaint was never about the dosage strength. It was about the quantity of medication I received.
After being assured that a replacement was being arranged, I was eventually asked to submit additional photographs and lot information, even though the lot number was visible in my original photographs. By that point, my next scheduled injection was approaching, and I still had no confirmation that a replacement had been approved or shipped.
Although the company provided an Amazon gift card as a goodwill gesture, that did not resolve the medication shortage. When I requested a partial refund, I was told I was ineligible without receiving a clear explanation addressing my specific complaint.
I ultimately canceled my subscription.
I understand that mistakes and pharmacy investigations happen. However, what matters is how a company communicates with customers and resolves problems when they arise.
For a service involving prescription medication and ongoing medical treatment, I expected better communication, accountability, and customer care.
Unfortunately, my experience with Pallas Health did not meet those expectations.
I would not recommend this service based on my personal experience.
