I wouldn't even give them a star if that was a option. Parts I purchased were supposedly in stock. Ordered on July 25th they didn't have them in stock but they claimed they could have them to me Aug 10th. Called on that day because I still didnt have a shipping confirmation. They had no clue what I was talking about and had no recollection of the conversation saying when I would get the parts. I cancled the order and it is now Aug 24th and I still have not received a refund. They will just hold your money.

I attempted to order a couple small items online with this company. I received an initial email confirmation that had a "pending" status for several days. I tried calling several times but nobody ever picked up the phone. The status changed after I sent an email to cancel the order and issue a full refund. I then received an email saying it updated from "pending" to "awaiting shipment" after them being told to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Also, their cost to ship UPS Ground was more than triple ($37.62) the price to ship something that small UPS Ground compared to what is listed on the UPS website ($12.25). The two items (bleed screw and banjo fitting) that were attempted to be ordered couldn't weigh more than a pound combined total weight, so that amount for shipping is ridiculous.

Their "customer service" is abominable. Nobody answers the phone for either of the numbers they have. It just goes straight to voicemail for someone named AJ or it rings non-stop. They also do not respond to emails or messages sent directly on the website.

I'm posting this review so that others don't make the mistake of trying to do business with this company.

If I could give negative stars I would. They need to do better!
