Still waiting for the remainder of my…

Still waiting for the remainder of my shipment. It’s been over a month now.
I’ve see the item come ‘back in stock’ multiple times, but every time I ask about my order they tell me they are waiting for stock to come in.
I cannot even start to build my system because I don’t have all the parts needed.

Our order was missing pieces

Our order was missing pieces, we cannot get a hold of a person it’s only Ai. We asked for the missing pieces in gold and they came in black. We are still waiting for the gold pieces and have no tracking on them.

Everything was easy

Everything was easy. Shipping was fast, and the product was exactly what I was hoping for. I bought this for my small boutique to hold wedding dresses, which are very heavy and this system looks great and seems pretty sturdy. Big fan, will likely buy again.

The fit and finish is great and for the most part everything went together well. We ordered the Kim 1 and Kim 2. On one of the Kim 2’s we couldn’t get everything to line up right no matter what we tried (basically the center post is lower than the outer) so things aren’t level. But the Kim 1’s are great and would definitely buy again.

Wrong delivery and terrible service

You sent me the wrong merchandise and then you have no customer service that is able to remediate and ship a replacement express making me miss my deadline for my show and having to purchase cheap shelving from amazon to be sure to have my exhibit. Now you want me to resend the wrong merchandise before you even submit a full refund. I paid over $1,000 and you sent me some hang bars for $200, and now you have the guts to ask for a rating.

Great Closet System

I appreciated the quick delivery of the KIM II shelving system, shelves and baskets. My closet looks fantastic and is now so well organized. The look is modern and more also more spacious than I imagined to accommodate my variety of clothing.

Very innovative and clean look

Very innovative and clean look. Easy to put together but you absolutely need 2-3 people to hold things in place. Shopping for my items took a long time and communication was not consistent. For that reason i would not shop again. Lots of money spent.

Poor packaging, missing hardware, and ill-fitting shelves

The products were not packaged well and arrived damaged. It was also more difficult to install the shelves than expected because they didn't fit and required cutting to fit in the brackets. We were also missing mounting brackets. If we hadn't already installed half of it before realizing, we would have returned.

Well done all around

Easy to order and prompt delivery. Packaging is well organized and supports easy assembly/installation. I really like the aesthetic of the product. Our space is unusual and it was nice to be able to have the flexibility of the Pamo system. It is good quality and really gets the job done!

The product was too large for me wall

The product was too large for me wall. It comes with no return label and they make it very difficult to get return instructions.. you have to basically apply for them. If you are approved and I don’t know that I have been because it’s been a week and they still haven’t gotten back to me. You also have to pay the shipping and I can tell by the way they’re talking. It’s going to be half the price of the product. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t compete with Amazon or any credible company out there with these kind of return shenanigans. No product is worth this.

Just to clarify: you don’t need to “apply” for a return. Returns can be registered quickly and easily through our returns portal in just a few steps. This helps us process all returns efficiently and make sure nothing gets lost.

As communicated in several places in our shop, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. After registering your return, you should have received an email with detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
