Excellent job.
So pleased with the work carried out to complete a small patio. Had full confidence in Paul from first visit and he was quick to quote and book in a time. Paul was also very helpful in finding matching sandstone paving. We’re delighted with the result and definitely recommend.

My partner and I requested a quote from this small, local business recently. Two tradespeople showed up to evaluate the work and met with my partner to discuss this. One of them rudely voiced personal, assumption-laden views about what our budget would be (based presumably on some internalised, judgemental set of hidden assessment criteria only he knows) and then voiced another view about the purpose of the quotation work based on the first assumption.

This is a real shame as I'm sure this company provide high quality work but whomever they send to assess quotes is reflecting poorly on them in terms of customer/client relations and probably reputationally negatively impacting their growth.

It's also a shame as, their company website advertises free quotations with no-obligation on the part of the client for sales conversion. During this interaction, we certainly felt under obligation (due to the fact that this was stated) to pass a certain budget viability threshold before the company considered proceeding with the quote.

As a corporate senior manager, I'd highly recommend retraining this individual (possibly to a minimum of RQF Lv.3 in Customer Service).

I'd also highly recommend that, if free, no-obligation quotes are not a service the company are willing to provide for all customers, they should reconsider advertising it as such on their B2C media.

Paul and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They came can block paved a path for me, very efficiently and to a very high standard. I’ll definitely have them back for my next project.

Our front garden was full of old shrubs and bushes that had taken over and we're 5/6 feet tall with two trees there as well. We wanted to turn this into a wild meadow . We rang Paul at short notice and he kindly gave up a Sunday to do the ground clearance after coming and giving us a quote. He and his Wife came as promised with there mini digger and cleared the space. Digging up and saving some of the bushes we wanted to keep. He was very careful not to damage the shrubs we wanted to keep having to work around the trees. He and his mini digger managed to do a very good job not damaging the trees or our driveway in the process. He was very friendly listened to what we wanted and helped us achieve it in the time we wanted. We now have the start of our wild meadow. Many thanks to Paul and his wife .
