We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. However, several claims in this review are misleading.
We do not use fake or bot reviews, and we do not charge customers for standard support. We provide assistance to all customers who need help troubleshooting or setting up their product.
We also offer an optional hands-off setup service for customers who prefer not to handle the installation themselves, which includes remote assistance through AnyDesk. This is a separate convenience service and is not required to receive support.
We have no record of you contacting our support team and allowing us the opportunity to resolve your issue. If you are experiencing problems, please join our Discord support server at **https://discord.gg/pandorashop** and open a ticket with your order details. Our team will be happy to look into your case and help find a solution.
