Wrong coffee delivered, took six emails to get a response, you cannot phone them!!
Do not use this company, find another!!!!

Using unreliable delivery service who stole my parcel instead of delivering it. I didnt receive my parcel and the company Papaval sent me a picture of my parcel which was left on a pavement. I had the hassle to contact my bank for my money because Papaval refused to take responsibility of refunding for a product I didnt received!!

So far have only received one item, not 3 that were ordered and paid for. I am receiving emails telling me that delivery is out, but nothing so far. If I receive the remainder order I will put a positive review here, if not I will be contacting Trading Standards together with a large group of other unhappy customers that I have been in contact with..watch this space ! Few hours later...I'm editing this review...another delivery...so number two of 3 items have now been received..still one item missing ...

Must be a scam site. I ordered some tinned Schweppes, I never got an email confirmation or an order number, 3 weeks later I don’t have them… I’ve tried to contact them and I’m just going round in circles! AVOID!

Great product, great price and great service

Placed my order, have been asking when it will be delivered but no one is replying to me. This is the 4th day and still no idea if my order has been delivered? Delivery company say the postcode is incorrect on there tracking website, the postcode is correct. So have spent money on this order and delivery but no idea what's going on.

Like another recent reviewer, I bought some soft drinks on Amazon and instead of getting my coffee, this fraudulent company sent me a box filled with stinking scrunched up tissue paper with cats printed on it and a pack of chewing gum!
Minging.
Had to call Amazon for a refund. This business should be shut down.

This is a really great company to deal with. The orders are delivered really fast, beautifully packed, never any damages or breakages. I have used then twice, and will definitely use them again.

Terrible organisation, avoid! Only half of my order was delivered. I had to sent multiple emails with proof of half of the order details and screenshots of my order to abrupt responses that were inconsistent from the Papaval team.
Then I had to chase my refund after it had been authorised.

This place is a scam. I purchased two crates of soft drinks through Amazon, £40 worth of drinks and I received one packet of mints. I called the place direct and the lady was very timid over the phone, not apologetic at all. She knew it was a scam but luckily offered a refund.
Avoid this place!!

The price of the dog food was competitive delivery was on time very happy.Thank you.

No proper update on the order , need to chase the customer support team for the update on order . No response to the emails .

They sold us an item that was out of stock, no communication from them until I chased up the order a week later, then to be told they might be able to send it out today they might not 🤷‍♀️

Awful to deal with,,,never received my order and had hassle getting them to understand what I had ordered when it’s plain and simple…then they refunded me without giving any explanation ,,but I knew why it was,it’s because they had put the wrong price on crisps by a few wuid and wasn’t prepared to stand the order as it’s their mistake…instead they just cancelled my order…stay clear of these at any cost…replies from emails are a long time coming….

Absolutely terrible, pretty sure I have been scammed. I ordered some energy drinks, 2-3 days delivery, still not here, I've emailed them three times and still not heard back. Terrible do not buy from here

Ordered and paid for on 27/10/2025 stated 2-3 days delivery. 8 days now gone by and goods have not yet been dispatched

They have sent 2 out of 3 tins ordered and I have tried to contact them via email, chat and phone several times and no reply on any.
