Absolutely Awesome!

I took over as director of an engineering company 3 years ago, after being part of the business for over 13 years. When I stepped into the role, I wasn’t given a clear structure for managing the engineering side, so I was juggling weekly Word documents and sending daily WhatsApp messages just to keep everyone on track.

When Paperdrop approached me, I was open-minded but cautiously optimistic. I hoped it would ease the workload and bring some structure — and it’s safe to say it’s done exactly that. It’s genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I can’t imagine running things without it now.

The team behind Paperdrop have been brilliant. Anytime I need help or have a question, I can call or email and get a quick, helpful response. They’re always willing to jump on a Teams call and walk things through properly, which makes a huge difference.

For anyone managing engineers or teams across multiple sites or customers — this is a game changer.

Really looking forward to the upcoming planner updates too. Keep it going, Paperdrop 💪

From the initial onboarding to rolling out the app to our staff members, Matt and Jake have been there to guide us through it all, and still continue to do so.
We have needed tweaks here and there to accommodate our business needs, but if it can't be done the guys either ask the developers to look into it or they find an alternative option around for us.
Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have been very patient with us and generous with their time.

The system is constantly being improved and new features being rolled out, so they are definitely not resting on their laurels!

Great, easy to use software with fantastic support when needed. Matthew in particular has been incredibly helpful from the initial onboarding process to anything we've needed help with since. Always very quick to respond to issues and resolve them.

We were looking for a program where we could keep all information for jobs from the initial customer contact through to quoting the job, carrying out the works and completing the job. Critical was for the information for the job to be easily shareable with all staff and contractors involved in the job. We evaluated a few programs and the decision was made to go with PaperDrop. We have had the initial roll out on it and have now been getting used to the system before rolling out to all our staff. So far our experiences have been well beyond our expectations! The staff at PaperDrop are so committed! In particular we have been dealing very closely with Jake Flowers who visited our office to do the onboarding and his help has been second to none! Also, any query we have emailed, Jake basically replies by return! With what we are finding so far we just cannot speak highly enough of PaperDrop and their staff. No program is perfect and what we have found in the past with programs, if they don't do something we need, they just don't do it! PaperDrop is totally different here in that they listen, give you a workaround meantime and immediately instigate getting the program to do what you need!

Really impressed with PaperDrop. Brilliant App for us as a company and Mat and Jake have been beyond helpful in navigating us through the set up and roll out of the App and have helped us tailor make it to our needs. Nothing is too much trouble for either of them. The App is great and so easy to use once you've had training. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Software is a great fit for our decorating company. We mainly use the system for allocating work to our workforce, payroll, purchase ordering, and tracking costs against quotations for real time margin analysis. Works well on both small jobs and large projects.

The team at PaperDrop respond to queries promptly, and provide clear training for all users of the system.

Jake has been brilliant in supporting us at the start of our PaperDrop journey. From initial call out to demonstrate the software to our first day using it, he has been there every step of the way; we have had a full office staff training session, in which we got all of the system settings sorted, and we have today rolled it out to our Electrical Engineers with Jake's support. He is also quick to respond to any additional questions via email or telephone. We are looking forward to continuing to work together and move the rest of our business to the platform so we can operate more efficiently.

We've been using PaperDrop (formally Digital Office Cloud) for a few months now. It helps us organise our workload and move away from using so much paper! As time has gone on the features have improved and the software has become smoother to use. Jake has arranged serval follow-up meetings, allowing us to ask questions, get more support and update features. Which has been a great help, Jake is very understanding, takes on board our business needs and is very patient! This is also the same of the support team which we have contacted on a few occasions, the response time is the best of any other software I've used in previous organisations.
There have been some issues along the way however, these have always been addressed as quickly as possible. Also if you don't report the issues, they can't be worked on!
Overall a very positive experience.

Our experience with PaperDrop so far has been a very positive one. It is allowing us to organise and streamline many aspects of the business with benefits to all employees and overall assisting us in a much more efficient way of working. We have received valuable support from Jake Flowers from the beginning who has been patience and supportive in guiding us through the process and has been readily available by phone call or face to face to help on any questions or queries. Working alongside Jake we are looking forward to fulfilling all that PaperDrop has to offer over the coming months.
