Excellent Customer Service
Completed a refinance with Paragon this week and both Eloise Potts and John Frain were absolutely excellent throughout in helping us get the deal completed. Both went above and beyond to get this over the line and it's massively appreciated.

Sailed thru' the queries/ doubts which the Bank has/ had quite easily.
Good, reliable website generally: BUT in the later stages, got sloppy and directed me to the first LOG_IN page! I quickly got back to where I was before because of security. PLEASE BEWARE!

You are showing 1 yr fixed rate ISA for new customers as 4.40%. When I log on to my maturity options it’s offering me 4%. Obviously, I will be moving it elsewhere at maturity. Poor customer loyalty.
