Always helpful when I need to update…
Always helpful when I need to update account or change account on maturity. Nice to speak to speak to a person when you need to make a transaction and they take time to talk you through it when you are of "mature age" and need some guidance. Thank you so very much.

Transferring to new account
Already had an account with Paragon. They emailed to give me better options for interest rates, so I opted for a higher interest rate. They closed my existing account and transferred balance all with a click if a button almost.

I wanted to add money to an ISA and looked in my Paragon account for guidance. I rang Paragon and quickly realised my own bank was the starting point. No problem after guidance from Paragon.
