Superb service, people are extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been here 2 times and I was always assisted, the first time they gave me a hand to load a pallet into the car, the second time they waited for me - while they were actually closed - in order to unpack my orders. I will use this service indefinitely. They are the best.

Fantastic service from start to finish .Ordered a package, (put your own name on your delivery instructions and the address for the depot). Depot is 2 minutes off the M1. Collection was fast and simple. Bring your photo ID. I will definitely use this service again

I’ve had items couriered from Parcel Depot before with no difficulties at all. Today, I drove up Newry to collect a medium sized parcel myself, and found the whole experience quick, easy, affordable and pleasant. Parcel Collection Depot is a minute off the motorway and very easy to find. Hugh was as pleasant and efficient in person as by email. Parcel Collection Depot provide a straightforward, no-nonsense, honest and reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It works.

Fantastic service. Used this service twice in last few months, and each time was impressed by the level & speed of communications, ease of use, and of course the financial savings when ordering through UK. I requested parcels to be forwarded by courier, was sent a secure link to pay, and received the items just a day or two later. Hugh & Sarah are very prompt in their replies to any queries.
